Make sure you tread lightly. I have made it very clear it was me. I walked the lawsuit into the clerks office in phoenix. It would be a federal offense for me to take a court document and stamp it "filed Clerk US District court." That means you would be accusing me of committing a federal crime. SO tread real lightly. Now I will pin this post so this shit don't get lost.

Imagine being stupid enough to think you can convince someone that a flight never happened simply because your girl got caught in a lie. Your girl may have not been a flight but someone else was for sure. But A>W damn sure was.

The fact Nerdy thinks I care who he subpoenas is laughable. I will not try to step in and block a subpoena for Nichole. She can handle that all on her own. Watch how this turns out. This is where I get excited. I love discovery. I love depositions more. Especially when you get to depose them based off what Nerdy said in a police report. Those are already being prepared if he will stop acting like a scared little BIATCHH over venue.

Who is he trying to convince. Let's really analyze this. Do we care if he shuts up or not? Dude has not shut up for months and he is still 459 years from being on the same level of JLR. What the fuck does that tell you?
Hint ** the more he says he’s sober , the less likely he is. Come up for air! Yous have been going for days. Breathe. Chase the light 😂

And there is no better way to describe him. Well except the phrase Perfidious, duplicitous reprobate. That about sums it up.
💀 He had to explain this to his followers!! It’s Exactly what they did to Ted 🤔(& many others) you know the 1st step in AA is throwing another addict under the bus. Right ?! Bish the only thing you should be allowed to sponsor is Triple A 🤸🏻‍♀️

Here is what really happened. Ted called JLR telling him he was at the airport. JLR had already told Ted he was not sure about him coming down. Because so much was going on. I know for sure he told him this. Then Ted basically showed up. Ted has played so many I told a few people a long time ago I don't believe a damn thing he says. I also know what Ted told JLR about not wanting to be here. In the same conversation Ted was talking about Hella and Nerdy ruining his life. So there was nothing to make up. Ted told JLR how he felt and I said it then I will say it now I feel like it was attention seeking. It did not work out the way he planned. So now he flips it around. People blaming JLR like it was a preplanned the thing I see these text messages from group chats. But yet Ted says JLR said to go along with it. WHERE IS THAT TEXT? Show me any text from JLR that tells him anything even close to that. They can't. Enough said.

Unbelievable! I never saw JLR be anything but nice to Ted.

Get this. Because @JLRINVESTIGATES made a lot of his videos private, his total YouTube view count dropped. So, using a couple of different platforms, I compared Nerdy's channel to @JLRINVESTIGATES. As things stand today, it would take Nerdy a little over a year to reach JLR's current level on YouTube. BUT HERE'S THE KICKER! If JLR made those same private videos public again, it would take Nerdy OVER 450 YEARS to reach JLR's level. Yes, you read that right. 450 YEARS! 😂 No wonder he is butt hurt.

I don't know what the deal is with Ted I have not been keeping up. But here is something you need to ask yourself. What man travels to Florida tries to blow up a mans phone to meet up, after already being told it was not a good time. Then turn around and say he has kept his mouth shut just because JLR may dox his mom. LMFAO Here goes Nerdy thinking he got some big news. Dude the only person you ruined is Ted. Not JLR. A man that don't like what a person is doing and feels trapped because he is scared of his mom being DOXXED actually gets on a plane and tries to meet up with them. Make that shit make sense. They would be slowly trying to pull away from them.

When I first looked at the image I was driving and I looked and said Phoenix. But it's okay instead of guessing I decided to do exactly what Nerdy tries to say i do illegally because he is a dumbass and don't know what I am or am not capable of. That particular flight is flight United 4774 it left Tucson with her on it. (sarcastically allegedly) at 8:18 Am She arrived at Chicago IL airport at 12:05PM It left from Tucson not Phoenix. Oops now they will report me. At this point I don't give a damn. I keep saying nothing is private. It's about what you know who to ask and who is will to tell you. All places high and low make sure you have people. Or access. Both work great.

@FuxGiven404 ♤ can you ask BLOCKER743tard to point out any airport within 150 miles of jacksonville that: -is not buried in a swamp surrounded by trees? -has a single mountain in view? -has the exact same ⛰️ ridge lines in eva's staged "Florida" "return landing" pic? #Phoenix

Imagine New age pussy putting up my picture saying my full name on youtube. Now imagine that is the same picture Nerdy took from a tiktok video and altered. Now imagine New age pussy lying saying I contacted youtube to get channels removed. I will take shit that never happened for 1000.00 Alex. Now imagine what is about to happen next. I think the funniest part about all of it, is the fact these dumb asses do not understand. This shit is petty to me. I been accused in a lawsuit more than once and not one single time have I took an L. Not even once. Hell I was accused here recently of conspiring with Attorney Mark Tinsley. I posted that lawsuit. For those that don't know who that is do some research. I was named in the lawsuit against him. My point is been there done that. But don't forget I said it before I will say it again. I DO NOT PLAY FAIR. I never have.

Long Post alert. This is in regards to Lane Myers and Tucson prosecutor. . I am just giving my opinion on what I think is possible. I'm going to tell y'all a story, and by the time I'm finished, you'll understand why I believe Lane Myers may have just pulled one of the smartest moves I've ever seen. First, part of this story is factual. The rest is my personal theory, based on conversations I've had and little things said to me over the years. George Torres was my landlord when I lived in Downey, California. He was also the millionaire owner of Numero Uno Markets, a chain of Mexican grocery stores throughout California. Starting back in the late 1980s, law enforcement seemed to have it out for this man. Downey PD, L.A. County Sheriff's Department, you name it. They would arrest him once, twice, sometimes three times a month. He'd sit in jail for days, only to be released because they didn't have enough evidence to move forward. This went on for decades. At one point, I believe they arrested him four times in a single month. He tried filing lawsuits and fighting back, but nothing worked. Some believed he was being targeted because he was an immigrant who came here, built a successful business, and dominated the Hispanic grocery market. I don't know why they were after him. I wasn't around when it started. Then came the federal case. George Torres was convicted of serious felonies, including RICO, conspiracy to commit murder, solicitation of murder, tax fraud, and numerous other charges. If I remember correctly, there were around 59 felony counts altogether. He was looking at spending the rest of his life in prison. A FEDERAL JURY found him guilty. But then the prosecution's key witness admitted his testimony was a lie. And according to what I understood, it wasn't just a lie. It was a PLANNED lie. His convictions were overturned. Now, some people believe Torres paid off federal officials to get out of prison. I'm not saying that kind of corruption doesn't happen, but wouldn't that normally be something you tried BEFORE a conviction? Go dig into the actual court proceedings instead of just reading what the newspapers wanted everybody to know. Look at what happened after the conviction and the actual outcome. Because that's where my theory begins. I knew Mr. Torres personally. He was my landlord. We'd sit outside at the property in Downey, around the patio and pool area, and just talk. He wasn't some stuck-up millionaire. He was actually a pretty normal, laid-back guy. Everybody was equal to him unless you pissed him off. And trust me, pissing George Torres off was not a good idea. It could be hazardous to your health. Luckily, he liked me. Now, based on conversations we had over the years, I came to believe something. I think George Torres got tired of being fucked with. I think he realized law enforcement wasn't going to leave him alone, no matter what he did. And I think he figured out a way to beat them at their own game. Here's how I imagine it happened. What if Torres found some young L.A. County thug and offered him enough money to testify against him, knowing that testimony would later be exposed as false? Torres was a very intelligent man. He knew pleading guilty would make it extremely difficult to undo his conviction. But if a jury convicted him based on fabricated testimony, that could give him grounds to have the conviction overturned. And I think he knew that. What if he let them believe they'd finally won, knowing the whole thing would eventually fall apart? And what if the person who testified was financially taken care of afterward? I can't prove that. I'm not saying it happened. But when I look at where that same witness reportedly ended up in life, living in a multimillion-dollar home with enough financial security to take care of generations of his family, it makes me wonder. Let's be real. Hypothetically, if somebody offered you ten million dollars to risk 5 years in jail for perjury, how many of y'all would do it? 5 years is the max you can get. And with such a scandal the focus would not be on prosecuting perjury and it was not. Shit, some of you would be offering your fingerprints before the man finished talking. And that brings me to Lane Myers. Because I think Lane may have done the same exact thing. Look at everything this man has been through in Tucson. From what I understand, his problems started because he BOOED at a city council meeting. Who the fuck gets arrested for booing at a public meeting? Then came years of legal problems, allegations of stalking, probation, and eventually prison. I think the people going after Lane looked at him like he was some dorky guy with no intelligence. Somebody they could push around until he finally gave up. But I think they underestimated him. Then came those emails allegedly sent to the prosecutor's wife, who was also a university law professor. And I'm sorry, but telling somebody their husband needs to follow the law doesn't automatically make something a criminal threat. Yet those emails became central to the allegations that Lane violated his probation. He sat in county jail for months. Eventually, he ended up in Arizona state prison. And let me tell y'all something. Arizona prisons are not somewhere you want to be. So here's what I think happened. I think Lane knew he hadn't sent those emails. I think he knew the system was stacked against him, and no matter how hard he fought, he wasn't going to win by continuing to play their game. So what if he decided to let them win first? What if he accepted going to prison because he knew there was evidence out there that could eventually blow the entire case apart? He had friends on the outside. He had people who could continue looking into things while he was locked up. And then comes the bombshell. Information surfaces suggesting the IP address connected to those emails may have originated with the prosecutor himself. Now, I don't know who uncovered that information or what evidence led them there. And an IP address alone doesn't prove who physically sent an email. But somebody had to go looking. That information didn't just magically appear. And if it turns out those emails were fabricated or sent by somebody connected to the prosecution, imagine what that means. The very evidence used to send Lane to prison could become the evidence that exposes misconduct by the people prosecuting him. Who the fuck wins then? Think about it. You spend years going after this man. You arrest him, prosecute him, put him on probation, and eventually send him to prison. And then potentially the entire thing blows up in your face. Now Lane could become the victim of serious constitutional violations, with the possibility of civil litigation and substantial damages. We're talking potentially millions of dollars if the evidence supports those claims. Of course, there could be things we don't know. Evidence could come out that changes everything, and Lane could end up back in prison. I'm not claiming to know how this will end. But if it turns out the way many of us believe it might, the people who spent years trying to beat this man may have handed him the biggest victory of his life. And that's why I keep thinking about my old landlord, George Torres. Two completely different men. Two completely different cases. But possibly the same strategy. Sometimes the only way to beat somebody is to let them think they've already won. I think Lane got tired, just like I believe Torres got tired. And I think Lane may have realized that the only way to expose what was happening was to let the system overplay its hand. If he deliberately allowed himself to go to prison knowing the evidence would eventually come out, that's not stupidity. That's intelligence. That's patience. That's cunning. And that's one hell of a way to tell the Pima County Prosecutor's Office to go fuck itself. Again, this is my opinion. I can't prove either man planned any of it. But after the conversations I personally had with George Torres, and everything I've watched happen with Lane Myers, I can't help seeing the similarities. And if I'm right? Hell, maybe Lane Myers shouldn't be booing at city council meetings. Maybe he ought to be running for city council.

I love how this damn girl is posting a Illinois doxing law clearly not realizing that Illinois don't have jurisdiction over anybody in another state. Unless that person has given a reason to have jurisdiction the bottom line is the elements in another state are not going to meet those elements in like going after Ally's flying down to another state to file an injunction is like the most pathetic thing I've ever seen in my life. I wish to God she would come after me with that bullshit. It just would not work out well for her. Is what's going to happen is this girl is going to step off in some shit she can't step out of. And none of them are going to be around to help her.

It's confusing because they have the last name. I think I even said the wrong first name earlier today. You have Matthew Walker and his wife Shannon. Shannon is not a prosecutor. She used to work at the University I am not sure if she still does or not. Matthew is who set Lane up. He is suspended right now. Allegedly he faked a email to his wife because he was pissed off and needed a reason to violate Lane. Lane had called and left voicemails on Matthews wifes phone. They were not threats. In fact he told her please teach your husband to follow the law before I take his career. And it all started from there. Samantha Walker is who Lane went up against in court before the probation issue. Lane can't stand Samantha he makes it known. He thinks she is corrupt. It's his right to think whatever he chooses.

I’ve been trying to figure out the Shannon/Samantha thing. Now I’m hopelessly lost so I’m following your lead. Know who Matthew is but now there’s a Mark?

Not sure who the hell is saying Mark Walker is a because he is not a prosecutor. But even I mixed up the names this morning . So let me straighten this out. Shannon is who the email was sent to. Which is extremely odd because Lane Myers does his videos off of Samantha. Don't know who the hell Mark is because Shannons husband's name is Matthew not Mark. But again that is not even who Lane has been going after. He has been going after Samantha. Here is the video that really sunk him. He even has it named Samantha Walker terrified the world will see her crimes. youtube.com/watch?v=GozLb2qJ… My question is how did the 2 get connected. Matthew is being accused of sending the email claiming it is from Lane. So Here is what I want to know. Did Shannon know it was her husband? Because her husband is allegedly who found the email. Which is also odd. I never checked my husbands email he never checked mine. Now after he was killed I did. Of course . And I always had his password. But I never checked his email. Lanes email address was on file with the court. Hell Lane did a whole video talking with the prosecutors office. I will try to find that one. But this whole situation just got way more crazy.

You are a liar. No you 100% can not. They even tell you this on the court website. You can fill out the paperwork online yes but you must take it in and there is no way around it. I know this for a fact. No where in the state of Arizona can you have it done remotely. Stop lying to people. I live her I know you can't anyone that claims they did are 100% lying. The only thing you can do is fill out the paperwork online. You can attend the hearing if they challenge it online you can NOT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE file it online. A attorney can. A person can't.
Replying to @FuxGiven404
Nope. You can have the meeting remotely
