So let me get this straight:
Your machines can tell us instantly if we’ve already voted but they can’t tabulate the results for days?!?!?
Please explain that logic computer scientists! Sounds like BS!!!!

Adam Carolla says it took 10 DAYS before he heard about the concealed carry dad who ran into his daughters’ elementary school and took down the shooter.
He thought about it, and he knows exactly why it didn’t get more airtime.
“IT F*CKS UP EVERY THEME THEY HAVE ABOUT GUN OWNERSHIP.”
CAROLLA: “That was the first time I’ve ever seen a picture of this guy [Kaylub Giamanco], heard him talk.”
“He says, ‘I didn’t save enough kids, and I’m sorry to the parents of the kids who I couldn’t save.’ And now he can’t sleep at night because he can still hear the screams of the children begging for their lives.”
This man should be a household name. A national hero.
But as Carolla explains, his story wrecks the picture of gun owners the media wants in your head.
“The theme of the dad who wanted to protect his kids ... and put an end to this school shooter is NOT a theme they like.”
“MSNBC, CNN, LA Times, THEY HATE THIS STORY.”
Daniel Penny, meanwhile?
CAROLLA: “That guy is everywhere because they love the theme of a blonde-haired guy choking out a black guy.”
When a story doesn’t fit the narrative, you never hear about it. When it does, it’s all you hear about.

I've been following this case for weeks.
ALL THE DENIALS.
ALL THE FUCKING DENIALS ARE IN THE COURT RECORD.
DO YOU UNDERSTAND?
They have been LYING to the COURT all this time.
When the DOJ took action on this, they all SCREAMED this was voter suppression and illegal.
And now they're trapped.
AIN'T LIFE GRAND?
BREAKING: NYT reports that operatives with Democratic Alaska U.S. Senate candidate Mary Peltola’s campaign were behind the effort to find & recruit a candidate named Dan Sullivan to run against incumbent GOP Senator Dan S. Sullivan in an effort to confuse voters and peel votes from him.
Specifically, NYT says they have reviewed text messages and documents that reveal in summer 2025, a Peltola staffer received instructions from campaign staffers to find as many people named Dan Sullivan in Alaska as possible.
The staffer complied, going through voter records, and compiled a list. The operation “involved secret trips to far-flung Alaskan communities and the appearance of a mysterious Midwestern operative, who traversed the state using a fake name and made his pitch to would-be candidates over beers at brew pubs.”
Per NYT:
“The plan worked. This spring, a retired teacher from a tiny fishing village along the Alaska Panhandle, reachable only by air and sea, announced his candidacy for Senate. His name was Dan J. Sullivan.”

There's a strange thing that happens online and in real world conversations, where understanding or explaining an idea or phenomenon is interpreted as SUPPORTING it.
As a result, people pretend to not understand things, lest they be seen as advocating them.

Weird timeline merging:
The “left” is jumping up and down for the totalitarian in Brazil “winning” the election
The “right” is chomping at the bit to get the CIA/USAID trained agent into Venezuela
Rubio is telling Cuba “The CIA is here to help”

Governor Newsom on 17 October: "The whole - the system's broken. It's completely unbalanced. And you can't - we can't manage the decline. We have to completely reimagine."
Then within the files, I see very similar language: "The system is broken — and it cannot fix itself."
Does that mean the specific ex-USAID workers we've been tracking are controlling Newsom? No. But as you've seen throughout these files, every individual in the ecosystem belongs to multiple NGOs and alliances. They network constantly. They attend each other's conferences. They form coalitions on similar projects. They give each other feedback. That's how they develop a hive mind.
The proposed methods may differ from group to group, but they are all converging on one goal: America governance must be rewritten from top down, and soon.

Clocks will go back on Nov 1 making it dark at 430 pm. This is a travesty for kids & adults no longer able to do any outside activities until we get back to daylight Savings Time in Spring. Trump just blasted the Senate for letting the Daylight Saving bill DIE.
House already passed the Sunshine Protection Act 308 to 117. Permanent daylight. No more clock changing.
America wants light in the evening.
Almost nobody wants this twice-a-year nonsense.
Senate is sitting on it. Trump’s order is simple: TAKE A VOTE.

This is a really good thread worth your time..
DataRepublican put out a lengthy thread with leaked recordings and documents from former USAID democracy officers who are seemingly trying to do everything in their power to force President Trump to use the Insurrection Act so they can introduce a parallel government.
These are the same kinds of people who used to run ‘color revolutions’ overseas—protests, civil-society groups, election monitoring—to pressure or topple governments in places like Serbia, Georgia, and Ukraine.
After USAID got shut down, they basically turned the playbook inward on the U.S. and this is exactly what we are witnessing today.
They set up groups like Renew American Democracy with a strategy of blocking the Trump administration through protests and lawsuits, then using any crisis as the moment to push for major structural changes to how the government works.
There’s a secretive umbrella alliance of progressive NGOs coordinating it all. They’ve privately defined ‘red lines’—things like the government invoking the Insurrection Act against protesters—that would let them declare the federal government illegitimate.
From there, their plans include governors refusing to cooperate, setting up some kind of transitional authority, and rewriting the rules of governance entirely; throwing away the U.S. Constitution.
The recordings show them talking through these scenarios, bringing in retired military and intel people to help run it, and even consulting federal workers on how to “slow things down” from inside agencies.
A lot of the people involved think they’re just defending democracy, but the materials show an organized effort to decide when the U.S. government has lost legitimacy and what should replace it.
This is even more reason to get out and vote if you haven’t already. They are scared. They are planning for what happens after the midterms.
And so are we…

"So if your entire plan is built around what happens after the Insurrection Act is invoked, you are building a plan around mass violence happening"
Exactly.
I've been going through the Democracy Files leaks @DataRepublican has been releasing, and whether or not any of this ultimately meets the legal bar for seditious conspiracy. The plan these organizers are discussing doesn't hold together unless you assume their "non-violence" language is masking their true intentions from public consumption.
Their red line is the Insurrection Act as a potential triggering action, there may be others, but all of the potential triggering acts that have been hinted at are lawful actions. Nobody invokes the Insurrection Act over people walking down the street with signs. It doesn't happen. The Guard deployments in LA and Portland last year to counteract violent protestors weren't even the Insurrection Act. The only scenario where it actually gets invoked is one where there is sustained violence that local authorities can't or won't control.
So if your entire plan is built around what happens after the Insurrection Act is invoked, you are building a plan around mass violence happening. You can say "non-violence" as many times as you want. The plan doesn't work without the violence. That's a wink and a nod tactic to cya legally.
But understand the logic flow of what comes next. In the transcripts published by The Post Millennial and WECU, the talk is about governors becoming "the leading governing authority," about how to "wall off these illegitimate individuals," and about moving "into an extra-constitutional process." In other words, the federal response has been labeled illegitimate before anything has even happened.
That's where this starts to matter legally. The seditious conspiracy statute covers conspiring to oppose by force the authority of the United States, or to prevent, hinder or delay by force the execution of any law. The Supreme Court said back in 1887 that if federal officers carrying out the law are forcibly opposed by people who conspired for that purpose, that is exactly what the statute was written for.
If violence breaks out, and the federal government steps in to protect communities, and these same organizers then use ongoing violent protests to tell governors and the public that the federal government is no longer legitimate, that bleeds out of activism and into something far more serious.
Advocating an idea isn't a crime necessarily and the courts have been clear about that. But there is a big difference between teaching an abstract idea and lining up the lawyers, the bail money and the governing plan for the day after.
Maria Stephan, who co-leads the Horizons Project, the group that co-wrote the toolkit for these organizers, wrote in 2020 that calling the George Floyd protests violent riots "is simply untrue" and that the looting and vandalism were "a minute portion" of it, "largely committed by opportunists." Erica Chenoweth, whose 3.5% rule keeps coming up in these circles, co-wrote that claims the protests were overtaken by rioting "are false." Paul Zeitz wrote last year that troops had been "deployed against peaceful protestors" in LA. So they are obviously hiding behind legalese to cover their tracks while having a background of defining violent protests as non-violent.
All of this tells you exactly how they'll describe the violence when it comes. “It isn't really violence, it's a tiny percentage, it's opportunists, and the real threat is the federal response.”
They're being evasive and misleading, intentionally.
The question now is what the full archive shows. If anyone on these calls is planning to physically resist federal law enforcement once it shows up, or keeps backing these movements after they've clearly turned violent, that's not politics anymore. And it’s worth repeating this last point. If the organizers of this say “peaceful protest” now, but advocate for advancing their plan to delegitimize the authority of the United States government after violent protests break out, they will be exposed to more obvious legal scrutiny.

And while I am on the subject, recognize what this is.
This is a **massive signal** to the Washington DC contractor class that works ‘outside of the government’ but for some strange reason still has access to the highest classified materials that the good times are over.
This guy was so confident nothing was going to happen to him, he was leaking highly classified reports to someone running a public Substack.
He’s not the only one in Washington DC who just got a very rude awakening.
And the argument that ‘everybody was doing this and nobody was prosecuted for it and we always got away with it before!’ does not work in a courtroom and it does not win you a ‘not guilty’ verdict.
Something that a whole bunch of election officials all across the country are also about to discover.
There’s a new sheriff in town, and he ain’t fucking around.
Don’t feel sorry for this guy.
Everybody that reaches that level to get **that kind of security clearance** received all the prerequisite training about protecting classified information, and of course they’re told in very explicit terms **what will happen to them if they get caught leaking classified materials**.
He can’t come out and say ‘oh my God I made a mistake. I didn’t realize what I was doing!’
He bought the ticket, and now he gets to take the ride.

How deeply are you involved in the ongoing Color Revolution, Mark?
Just FYI, Section 2383 of Title 18 of the United States Code reads as follows:
"Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”
