I finished my final book for the @GCreadathon 🥳
One Last Stop by Casey McQuiston ⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had a few issues with the pacing (especially in the first half of the book) but I loved the characters and the setting. So glad I finally read this!

Finished final prompt for @GCreadathon - Poll prompt with Project Hail Mary which was a phenomenal ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, and then also picked up another quick sci-fi with one of my favourite authors which was also a resounding ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Third book done for @GCreadathon , prompt Judge a Book by it's Cover, Clap When You Land by Elizabeth Acevedo, 💚💚💚💚1/2. Not only is the cover gorgeous, but so is the writing. This one tugs the heart strings big time. #goodreadschoicereadathon

Second book read for the @GCreadathon
Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I LOVED THIS SO MUCH!!
Some of the science went a little over my head but it was so funny and I loved the characters. I didn't expect it to feel so cosy and wholesome 🥺

I know that I have already done a poll pick for @GCreadathon but it was a romance that won, and I am just not in the mood for a romance at the moment (which is one of my least favourite genres). So going to do another poll with books I currently want to read:
20%The Last Thing He Told Me
10%Daughter of the Deep
40%Project Hail Mary
30%Psalm for the Wild Built

Book 2 of #GCreadathon complete. Greenlights was outside of my comfort zone because it was on audiobook and I can take or leave those. Also I'm not a massive memoir reader but I'm sure glad I read this one. I found it very inspirational. 5 ⭐. Thanks to @McConaughey 👍

Book 3 finished for @GCreadathon /Representation prompt. This is a really lovely historical YA novel which follows a young Chinese-American girl coming to terms with her sexuality in 1950s San Francisco. Really enjoyed this ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I liked that this felt very wholesome but it also explored deeper themes around death and grief 💔
