It was good to get out and play someone with a different uniform than ours yesterday. Had some bright spots and have some thing to work on.
Great group of dudes here at SEU! Should be a fun spring!
Dad & Donuts at school today. Loved getting to spend a little extra time with the kids today.
It was awesome to see a gym packed with dads who are investing in their kids and the next generation.

As I scrolled Pitching Twitter this morning I see a ton of coaches out there talking about mechanics for velo but very few about lifting & getting stronger.
Some of the cheapest, low hanging fruit when it comes to velo is just packing on pounds & lifting a lot of weight.
Love seeing two former players bring home a title! Congrats @jonahweisner06 & @CarsonJ60525421!
We are three weeks out!
Looking for the next wave of Fire players! We have signed 22 guys over the last two years straight from this exact camp.
Come learn about our program and let us evaluate your skill. Look forward to seeing future Fire players on October 10th!

Bean Point, Anna Marie Island! Last little get away for a day before fall ball gets going crazy.
One of my favorite places to hangout with the family!
Phase 1 ✅
Concrete and stone next week followed up with the turf! This is gonna add a nice touch to an already great ballpark!
There is an epidemic in pitching. Everyone is leg lifting to the moon to create timing & perceived power. They are 1.6-1.8 to the plate & cannot corkscrew or hinge properly.
Teach pitching properly, corkscrew, hinge and be a 1.1-1.3 to the plate w/ runners on.

Ryan and crew are the best! @ArmoredHeat is a staple inside our program, it helps our arms develop and stay healthy. Can’t say enough great things about this program!
Pumped to continue our Partnership with NAIA Powerhouse @SEUFireBaseball 🔥
Looking forward to building some big time arms with @GGrinder33 and the rest of this great coaching staff! 📈
Big addition on the mound. Joey comes from a winner, has thrown in a ton of big games and will help to deepen our pitching staff!
