KB5121767 enables eight (8) UCPD.sys features on Windows 11 Enterprise 25H2 that were previously active only on consumer editions. It blocks changes to EnableFeeds and protects additional registry keys. More details coming soon. Thanks to @GHaslinger for reporting this.

Microsoft is rolling out UCPD.sys v3.2 with the latest cumulative update for Windows 10 and 11. It includes new blocking mechanisms that aren’t enabled yet. I’ll share detailed information as soon as they’re turned on. Stay tuned!

Microsoft has released a new version of UCPD.sys, which impacts the functionality of the licensed edition of SetUserFTA for HTTP, HTTPS, and .PDF associations. An update will be available shortly to address this issue.

It will hit you as soon as the new cert starts to be used. That could happen well before the other cert expires. Again, we're dependent on clear communication from MS to avoid *another* unbootable-PC catastrophe.
