Up and down the ballot, from coast to coast, candidates followed our formula for a winning brand of economic populism:

Last night made it pretty clear: people are sick and tired of corporate America scheming its way to record profits while the rest of us get stuck with the bill.
Haul in corporate CEOs. Put them under oath. Make them answer for the rip-offs.
Time for some accountability.
After last night's historic results, "Voters have handed Democrats a mandate to take on corporate greed, bring down costs, and make billionaires and big corporations pay their fair share," says our @owenslindsay1.
Democrats must use it.

I keep remembering this incredible Ossoff speech. No wonder he won so handily!
This new Senate must take on corruption at its root, tear it out.
Adam Hamilton, megachurch pastor, wants to use the Senate majority to investigate private equity in major industries and go further than ROAD on banning Wall Street from snapping up homes. Prairie populism is back baby!

Talarico probably went harder on billionaires and taxing the rich than anyone in the field. Blexas.
"We can't afford gas or groceries or health care because the system has been rigged by billionaires and corrupt politicians."

Ossoff spitting fire in his victory speech:
"While the wealthy and well-lobbied feast on inside information and official favors, America's forgotten families are treated to systemic corporate disrespect and official indifference."
As a Lehigh grad, Bob Brooks flipping old steel country is close to my heart. The union firefighter in a Red-to-Blue:
“Washington is on fire, and the arsonists are a corrupt political class [...] and big corporations that game the system so it works for them and no one else.”

Michigan's first-of-a-kind proposal to ban monopoly utilities from making campaign contributions is soaring, fueled by populist outrage at rate increases and utilities' obscene political spending. Extremely early but this is coming in from red and very blue counties alike.

Roy Cooper ran on banning surveillance pricing in the grocery store.
Former Democratic Gov. Roy Cooper defeats former Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Whatley in the contest for North Carolina’s open Senate seat, NBC News projects. nbcnews.com/politics/2026-el…
Another great example of a "mod" running on flat-out economic populism. Cooper's closing ad:
"Washington politicians get rich while you get hurt. Corporations make huge profits while your costs go up."
