In the fnaf 4 ending cutscene the fredbear plush fades away before the flatline which means William is not present when bite victim dies so he wasn't the one to kill him. this makes sense as the scene has always been conveying that bite victim is completely alone when he dies.

even giving the benefit of the doubt and saying that BV being killed by william could be a possibility because of the vagueness of the scene it still contradicts the symbolism shown here.
