Yesterday's @_SalemHigh_ graduation was fantastic! I am so proud of all these scholars who made their way across the stage, grateful for the team to get them there, and I know there are great opportunities ahead for them.

The past 24 hours have been so eventful! From sending off my seniors to celebrating our graduating class of Salem Technical Institute's adult learners in Automotive Technology and Building and Property Maintenance and today with an incredible auto show. @SHS_CTE_ @_SalemHigh_
I absolutely love this piece of advice. While seeking feedback from others is valuable in information gathering to make an informed decision, it is merely information. What you choose to do with that (often subjective) data is up to you.
You are the only one that knows what is right for you. I vividly remember a well known professor whom I looked up to telling me "You are making the biggest mistake of your life" when I told him I was applying to be an astronaut. Parents, professors, friends, and even strangers will give you opinions but you need to evaluate your choices based on what feels right to you. I'm certainly glad that I did!

I am extremely proud of the work my cybersecurity students have been putting in.

It was an honor to moderate this fantastic panel, introducing scholars to the abundance of post-secondary options available to them.
Kicking off the second cohort of Salem Technical Institute at @_SalemHigh_ @SHS_CTE_. Excited to support this career transition opportunity to the adult learners in our community.
Today I had the opportunity to moderate a panel discussion for the @_SalemHigh_ @SHS_CTE_ scholars with 15 fantastic union representatives. With approximately 300 scholars present, they heard the value of apprenticeship, unions, and that CTE works!

Salem High School CTE ambassadors preparing to welcome and chat with rising 6th graders and their families about the opportunities at Salem High School Career Tech Ed.
I am beyond excited to begin this project with my Computer Science students at @_SalemHigh_ in collaboration with @MITBeaverworks. As a @exploreplanets Space Advocate, building a cubesat to solve real-world challenges seems like the perfect capstone project for these scholars!
