Ludzie kochani lecimy 👊

No i chyba zamówienie nowych klocków. Projekt zaczyna być mocno kosztowy… Ale damy radę

Jarosław, you are again not telling the full story and the truth. I’ll gladly re-send you the facts personally on WhatsApp to refresh your memory. But dude… Also, either you are deliberately mixing completely different cases, or that smoke machine of yours is working overtime. There are already FIFA and PZPN regulations governing approaches and solicitation to players under contract. Trying to throw Wieczysta and Jordi into one giant pot does not magically make them the same case. Your friends at Wieczysta made a written offer concerning a player who had signed with Pogoń barely a month earlier and was under contract with us. This issue is completely different: Jordi exercised the release clause contained in his contract, the contractual amount was paid, and then he signed with Pogoń. Those are not the same circumstances, no matter how much smoke you blow around them. So one small question for the genius programmer: Since your AI discovered Jordi, Wisła “saved” his career, and he was such a valuable asset… why didn’t you protect that asset with a €1M release clause? Better question: why give him a release clause at all? You wrote it. The player exercised it. You got paid. We got Jordi. And NOW we suddenly need to rewrite the regulations? Hundreds of players move through release clauses: Haaland. Cunha. Ugarte. Nkunku. Olise. Huijsen. Dembélé. Kim Min-jae. Vitinha. Frimpong. Release clause exercised. Club gets paid. Everybody moves on. And Poland is no different: Mariusz Fornalczyk, José Pozo, Patrik Hellebrand and others. Same principle. The clauses were exercised, the transfers happened, and apparently nobody discovered a constitutional crisis in Polish or European football. Funny, I don’t remember any UEFA or Ekstraklasa club president putting on UFC gloves, jumping onto Twitter and demanding five rounds because somebody exercised a release clause their own club agreed to. So is this really about “principles” and saving Polish football? Or is the best defence is a good offence being used to distract everyone from one uncomfortable fact: you allowed a player you now describe as incredibly valuable to leave for such a low amount of €250,000 plus additional amounts? You keep telling everyone programmers think five steps ahead. Apparently one of those steps should have been: “Maybe I should read the release clause before I sign it.” Either you’re not quite as smart as you keep telling everyone you are, or you’re extremely smart to deliberately mislead your fans so they focus on me and Pogon, instead of asking you how you lost such an important and crucial player for only €250,000. I personally believe that you are extremely smart, and this is the actual your play and plan. Our case is already before PZPN and Ekstraklasa, and submitted by you. Let them examine the evidence and decide. You wrote: “This post doesn’t rule out further going at it.” Mine does. Let’s both shut up, run our clubs, run our businesses, and let PZPN & Ekstraklasa do its job. No sequel. No UFC matches. Chapter closed. Please lets stop this nonsense!
PS. PS2. Post nie wyklucza dalszego napierdzielania:)
