Collegiate Esports Meetup in NYC🚨
Hi friends! I’m hosting a collegiate esports meetup on the Friday before Worlds Finals (11/13)! 🥳
If you were or are a member of collegiate esports/gaming, come through! 🙌
(Not affiliated with Riot)
RSVP HERE: partiful.com/e/vxDUKjP5sL9WF…
Thousands of hours on some of these, with small but definitive chapters that came at the right times.
I can't understate how valuable a gaming experience Big Walk was. That was truly, truly special. Got to play through it blind with Destiny clanmates I've raided with for over 5 years. The game felt tailor made for our enjoyment. Best $20 I've spent in years. Thanks @house_house_

BAILEY NEEDED TO TAKE A SAFETY TO END THE GAME
VANDERBILT RIPS THE BALL OUT AND SCORES A TOUCHDOWN
COLLEGE FOOTBALL AT ITS FINEST
16k Hearthstone matches seems pretty tame.
Pretty sure I spent at least 10k of those games playing mountain and molten giant into a BGH/Hex/Frost Nova + Doomsayer/Brawl/Deadly Shot/Pyro + Equality/Sap + Leeroy OTK. Loved all of it.

Apparently Blizzard found a hard drive labeled “shit we abandoned 20 years ago” and decided to release all of it.
WoW: Forever is basically vanilla WoW from an alternate timeline where they never ruined it. Level 60. Original world. Original era. But with new zones, 1,000+ new quests, new raids, new dungeons, and all the stuff old WoW might’ve eventually become if they’d just kept building on it.
Warcraft III is getting its first new campaign in 23 years. Diablo V is coming. StarCraft is becoming an open-world shooter for some reason. Netflix is making an animated Diablo series.
This is an irresponsible amount of 40-year-old man bait.
People lost YEARS of their lives to these games. Entire friendships existed inside them. Vanilla WoW meant getting home, logging into Ventrilo, and listening to the same eight guys breathe into their microphones until 3 a.m.
Gaming might actually be all the way back. I’m frightened.
Wish I could be at BlizzCon with my Hearthstone homies. The game and people I met along the way will always have a special place for me. Hope you all have an amazing time!
Viktor’s been launching amazing initiatives to develop the Nordic esports ecosystem for over a decade. Excited to see this develop 👀
Building @RIVALSLEAGUESE is one of my biggest passion projects and we need more hungry esports nerds to join us!
This group of people brings me incredible amounts of joy and also helps expand the opportunities given to Swedish players and esports clubs.
