Very enjoyable evening in Warwick with an audience clearly supporting the idea that Brexit was a disaster and net zero is the only way to go. Nice of @libdemdaisy to be there on her birthday! We all drank to her health afterwards apart from @ZiaYusufUK who legged it with his status symbol bodyguard. Fascinating to see how he did not make a single positive argument for Brexit. They never do. He has lovely shoes though, but a very weak handshake which is never a good sign in anyone.

Before you ask, yes I do gamble - I exclusively engage in sports betting on exchanges where's there good advantage plays to make against idiots who do things like 'bet on me favourite team' and overinflate the odds [bookies are for idiots that like giving up their thin margins]
And like everything I do, I autistically and obsessively track and log every aspect of it when I do it.

If you ban gambling outright it just moves into the unregulated Crypto sites like Stake etc.
Casino games like slots & roulette etc are for degenerates but you're just sick of seeing the high street littered with bookies, and so am I. But that's a symptom not the root problem of our crumbling high-street.

I was up ยฃ300+ on the world cup and have never made a loss on it or the euros, and it's my ONE outlet for gambling every 2 years.
But that's because I'm taking advantage of other gamblers who waste their money and overinflate odds on the favourites in competitions that always have upsets.
You're not going to be me, you're going to be them, the ones putting money in my pocket.
