‼️ Another organization joins the list According to @HLTVorg , Clutchain owes money to all 10 players across their men’s and women’s rosters Their men’s team was headlined by ScreaM and Nivera, while their women’s roster featured the core of the former Imperial Valkyries lineup
Crazy to think that in such a short period, we’ve had so many cases of teams allegedly owing players money In less than a month, we’ve seen bad news involving Passion UA, 3DMAX, and now Monte Hopefully, one day, this will stop being a recurring issue in esports

Since Monte seems comfortable taking shots at me publicly, I think it’s only fair to give some context. Monte owes me tens of thousands of dollars, plus my share of Monte’s Major team sticker revenue. I haven’t received any tournament prize money since 2025, and I am also still owed multiple monthly payments and performance bonuses. Multiple former players and the coach are also still owed substantial amounts, to my knowledge. I stayed quiet for a long time because I respected the organization and wanted to give them every chance to sort this out privately and make things right. Payment delays were also a recurring issue throughout my time with Monte. We repeatedly reached out asking why this kept happening and were told it would be fixed, but nothing ever really changed. Over time, that made it harder and harder to trust that things would be handled properly. And to be clear, this had a major impact on my decision not to re-sign with Monte. We’ve seen too many players in esports get burned by organizations that fail to pay what they owe, so I wasn’t willing to put myself in that position. It’s hard to commit your future to an org when situations like this keep happening. The situation at Monte was uncertain. Re-signing would have meant committing to an organization we no longer trusted to consistently meet its financial obligations, with no guarantee that the same roster would even stay together long term. The hate towards Luminosity and the players is unjustified. If anything, Monte’s own actions and failures were a big reason why things ended the way they did. Choosing not to re-sign is not betrayal. After repeated payment issues and everything that had happened, we had every right to make the decision we felt was best for our careers. Calling us “rats” or “traitors” for that doesn’t change the reasons why we chose to move on. If you have time to comment and make videos taking shots at former players, you should probably have time to pay the people who worked for you and earned that money. 😉 P.S. What makes this even harder to understand is that Monte received a very substantial amount of money from buyouts after the Major, while former players and staff are still waiting to be paid what they are owed.

After yesterday’s defeat, flameZ suggested that the Counter-Strike scene is missing a players’ association He said: 🗣️“I think what we're missing in CS is a players association. A lot of organizers make events on the player break. It's tough as a player right now because you have an event, to an event, to an event, to an event, maybe like 18 days off, or 17 days off, and then you get back into a very heavy season. If there was a players association, these kind of things would help a lot and minimize organizers clashing with each other, because the player break almost does not exist.” Do you agree with flameZ’s point?🤔 ( via @PleyGg )

French YouTuber CYRILmp4, who has 5M+ subscribers, had been in talks for months to acquire 3DMAX and signed a preliminary agreement. Today, CYRILmp4 officially announced his withdrawal. 3DMAX reportedly still owes around €1.5M+ to players, staff and other parties.

Good news sur le long terme.
Aurora's CEO talked about the Sticker Revenue for the Cologne Major ‼️ "Regarding the stickers at this Major: This is the worst Major in terms of sticker sales by a huge margin, and the situation is definitely not going to improve. I'll elaborate on my thoughts about this in detail tomorrow, but what can be said for sure is that the value of the Major for organizations will now be much lower from a financial point of view (obviously, from a sports perspective, this is still the most important factor). The number of Tier 2 and Tier 3 organizations will definitely decline. Consequently, the number of random sticker farming stories in America and Asia will also significantly decrease."

Another amazing update to CS2 so quickly. Screen shake while spraying has been dramatically reduced. You can very clearly feel the difference, it's almost like there's no shaking at all in the new version. This is a great improvement for the feel of spraying. I almost feel sick watching the old version. When spraying in CS2, players need to be able to feel the recoil, to know where they are in the spray, and to be able to adjust based on the enemy player's movement. I just played a full game with this, and the difference is night and day. Valve has been cooking like CRAZY lately. This is another of those updates that definitely should have been in the game from the very beginning.
