🇺🇬 Uganda isn't just sponsoring AFCON 2027. It's buying global attention. The Uganda Tourism Board has secured Official Destination Sponsor rights for the tournament, using football to sell the country to the world. Look at the platform: AFCON Morocco 2025 generated 6 BILLION digital views, 3.2 BILLION TV audience views and 285 million digital engagements. That's an enormous marketing opportunity. But Uganda must go beyond putting its logo on stadium screens. Think destination campaigns during broadcasts, travel packages built around match fixtures, creator partnerships, behind-the-scenes tourism content and experiences that encourage fans to extend their stays. The objective is simple: turn football viewers into visitors, and visitors into repeat tourists. AFCON brings the eyeballs. Uganda's job is to convert that attention into economic value.

That theory by the FBA woman who claims that FBAs descend from South Africans and colonizers are lying about them having West African ancestry is killing me because these people hate to be associated with West Africa so much. It's a mental illness at this point.

They killed my friend's uncle from Kanungu he was a very good man.
Dear our beloved CDF, Muhoozi Kainerugaba @mkainerugaba in humble faith and with all due respect, kindly help us organize a public execution of these 3 South Sudanese ladies. They're beasts who killed an Uber driver after refusing to pay him his money. These animals deserve to actually be killed through mob justice. I am sure even stepping on a hen in their country is enough to get you burnt to ashes as long as you're a Ugandan, and they're here killing Ugandans in Uganda and they're likely to go away with it. 🤔🤔🤔🤔😒 If you help us hang them in public I promise you will have delivered us from evil. Please help us get rid of such demons.

So Rwanda is now considered the fastest-growing economy in Africa. Boom, the US wants to sanction it to make sure they kill it before it buds… 😂 If Africa does not band together to fight imperialism it will never develop.

This is low grade speak to low key turn Uganda's economy from a free markets one where anybody can create their own job by starting a business to a planned economy doomed to fail by all accounts. We don't want socialism/communism here. The history of this government has been the very definition of incompetence and corruption. The only thing Ugandans had complete control and right of participation shouldn't be taken from them by inventing a boogeyman consisting of speculators and conmen. If anything, the greatest impediment to economic freedom of Ugandans has been this government the prefers foreign investors over natives. These are malicious policies and ideas that will only farther poverty induced enslavement to the political class. We must reject such nonsense while demanding for a conducive environment to flourish.
There are no jitters in the economy. It is simply transitioning from a period of extreme liberalism and indiscipline, where speculators and conmen robbed Ugandans of trillions of shillings, to one of order.

No wonder the President of Somalia flew to Uganda this week and came out of his vehicle practically begging. No more American funding for Ugandan troops and American soldiers have departed the balidogle airport which has been defended by Ugandans
BREAKING: CDF Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba has announced on X that Uganda has started withdrawing its troops from Somalia after 20 years. “After 20 years of a lot of blood and sacrifice, we are handing over security to our Somali brothers,” he tweeted. #VisionUpdates
