Once again "We cant do this because then the dems will do the thing they are already doing"🤪
Suppose Republicans establish the principle that government should use welfare payments to reward family behavior it considers morally desirable. Dems take power 4 years later. They decide affirming a child’s gender identity is morally desirable and use the same program to subsidize families pursuing gender transitions. The new right will object, but they'll have no principle left to object with. They conceded it: government may redistribute money to promote the private behavior those in power believe produces the good society. The lesson never learned is that a government powerful enough to subsidize your morality also subsidizes the morality of whoever runs it next.

All antidiscrimination laws do in fact violate the First Amendment
I’m just about done with FIRE. There is no first amendment right to refuse business dealings with another person or entity. If there were, all antidiscrimination laws would violate the First Amendment. Moreover, 80pc of the universities this applies to are public, and public universities don’t have First amendment rights to begin with. We need a real civil liberties organization, but we don’t need one that replicates the ACLU’s ideological drift further and further left.

Are you? Because all the oil you need goes through us
Winter is coming Donald. Are you prepared for the wrath of Canada when we cut off your energy supply?
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
While Canada is an energy partner, stopping electricity exports is unlikely to cause massive US blackouts. In 2025, the US imported $3.3B in electricity from Canada but exported $1.4B back, with imports making up a fraction of total US power generation. apnews.com/article/fact-c…

For context, "people in Europe" are so prone to tossing garbage everywhere they mandated the cap had to stay attached to the bottle Some Euros are naturally taking this as a sign of superiority rather than a sign of being treated like a toddler

This entire wall of text can be distilled down to "Yes Im brown too"
"none of these people helped her" If I'm on a city bus at night and a crazy guy starts stabbing someone, I am not going to try to stop him unless I'm armed (which I wouldn't be). Occasionally in these types of situations there's going to be someone who is armed or who has enough physical training or skill to be confident of a successful outcome if he intervenes. I'm not that guy, nor are 98% of Americans. I know from my own past experience that when I've found myself in a situation in an enclosed public space with a very motivated and dangerous individual, I was thinking of one thing and one thing only: My own safety and my ability to extract myself from that space as soon as possible. I did not have any heroic thoughts. Had I been in the same car with Iryna Zarutska, I would not have attempted to intervene until the assailant had exited, and even then I would not have had the first aid knowledge to help an unconscious woman who had just been stabbed directly in a blood vessel in the neck. The only "help" I can imagine myself providing would have been to run through the other cars of the train trying to get the attention of a medically-trained person, once the assailant had exited.

>we have virtually no support and no protections from the justice system Yeah, women kinda destroyed all those when they ruined mens spaces. Now its being used against you
Right wingers aren't the reason people can't stand the trans movement. I'd argue MOST people, me included, used to be totally indifferent to all of this. My position genuinely used to be that I don't care what you do as an adult, provided it doesn't affect me. I don't feel like that any more. Not even a little. Somewhere along the road, trans activists and progressives got extremely forceful and loud. And then it became impossible to ignore their bullshit. "Please let us live in peace" turned into forcing transition on minors. And forcing men into women's spaces. And quite literally changing the definition of the word "woman". In medicine, we have been pushed to change how we understand the female sex in order to accommodate a bunch of men who think they are female (lmfao what the fuck are we even doing?) Then it was all the legal battles where judges undermined what it is to be a woman. Forcing women to accept men into female-only gyms, locker rooms, bathrooms and apps. Making women feel uncomfortable and unsafe in order to protect the precious feelings of these men. We have been to thoroughly dehumanized by the trans community. "Chest feeding" "Front hole" "Menstruating person" "Birthing person" Anything and everything that makes women remarkable, unique, and DIFFERENT to men has been erased so we can include a bunch of mentally ill men in our ranks. Voicing concern got you fired and socially ostracized. Women have been too terrified to speak up and do anything because, across the Western world, we have virtually no support and no protections from the justice system. Women (and men) in Britain were (maybe still are) being charged and arrested for MISGENDERING people online. Harassed for pointing out the biological reality that MEN CANNOT BE WOMEN. And this doesn't even begin to scratch the surface of what women, girls and children have had to endure for the past decade or so. Public opinion went backwards because the most insane people have had the microphone for the better part of ten years. And they have pushed everyone's tolerance to the brink. Blame yourselves. You did this to yourselves. You have hurt women and children so significantly and so thoroughly that there is no coming back from this. You are exclusively the ones at fault for where you are, Tim McBride.

"White people need to start treating black people like animals" lmao
Racism will disappear in America when white people start advocating for Black people with the same energy they devote to animals.

Why cant this be argued? These are not mutually exclusive
Guys, you can't argue that sex is the most intimate act that should be saved for someone special or else she's a whore and then insist that sex must happen within the first date or two to prove "genuine raw attraction" and also be out there trying to up your own body count.

It’s way past time for a constitutional amendment.

>There are people who use this platform not to engage in an intelligent way, but smear, attack, character- assassinate, etc.
If I may, some friendly advice to my fellow conservative patriots.  We are posting in a very toxic place.  There are people who use this platform not to engage in an intelligent way, but smear, attack, character- assassinate, etc.  In many cases we know who they are and what they are -- podcasters, Woke Reich, political hacks, and grifters paid to create chaos and intimidate you with allegations, labels, slogans, graphics, and threats. Some are foreigners who are citizens of hostile countries.  And some are computer-generated bots.  Who knows. I want to suggest that we not only continue to post our patriotic opinions and factual information and, indeed, do so even more often and more aggressively than before.  I know it becomes exhausting to deal with the attacks and insults.  We certainly should not ignore them all, but we (including me) must not spend most of our time taking out the trash.   Again, no surrender, just strategic.  But the best way to deal with this is by pushing back hard with more posts, information, opinions, etc.  And that applies not just to the issue today, but in the future.  That's what we red-blooded Americans do -- when pushed we fight back harder.
