Shipped in silence is only half shipped. @0xcr33pt0 on how Livepeer track owners can now turn shipped work into a post in 5 to 10 minutes: point your agent at the template, an AI check fills the gaps, and it goes out on the blog, X and the newsletter with their name on it.

Great work from @harendra_shakya More grants and initiatives for builders building in @Livepeer coming very soon.
Anime to live action, made on Livepeer. @harendrashakya_ shows how MangaFable turns a story into manga, animation and live-action shots, built with the Livepeer Agent MCP and backed by an early SPE micro-grant from @GeoDeFine.

Treasury diversified, Embody bugs fixed, and a first look at the M3 agent workspace. @GeoDeFine's SPE update from Watercooler: agent telemetry via OpenTelemetry and Arize Phoenix, evals and datasets over MCP, and many agent runtimes in one interface.

If you have strong intuitions about the future, have high agency, and are creative... you need to put yourself in a position where you can act on those intuitions. Ideally with enough freedom to navigate and follow those intuitions as they change. 1 year in the singularity is worth 10 normal years. Think about the opportunity cost of spending a year in something you don't deeply believe in.

If you have anger issues this is for you: If anger is >= 7/10 do not take any decision or execute any action. Just take deep breaths and stay calm till you are cool again. Giving in to anger in any form(spoken, written) is almost never a good choice.

Most agentic Ai users aren't visualizing the state of their projects, goals and agents. Additionally even fewer are actually a evaluating the cognitive work that their agents perform. Do these 2 things and you will be ahead

As @Livepeer has transitioned from a transcoding-only video network years ago, to an agentic-first media infrastructure today, the protocol has required a series of updates to keep up with the right incentives and security mechanisms necessary to enable such a network. 👇🧵

Be profitable and run your company with maximal agentic loops You don’t need to sell more of your co anymore $10M profit per year reinvested is like an annual Series A no dilution The best startups do this now. No whinging about the Series A/B crunch. You don’t need saving.
Series A and Series B are the hardest rounds for founders today. Founders launch a vertical AI SaaS company. They reach $1M-$3M ARR in 2 years or $5M-$10M in 3-4 years. They go out to market with their 1x-3x growth. Almost no interest from investors. If it's not the right category or a deep, long-term conviction bet, most investors stay away. Founders are stuck with large pref stacks and a market that doesn't value this growth. They are neither sustainable (at their current burn) nor venture-fundable (without growth). The exit options (if available) don't leave much for the team. In most cases, founders are required to join the acquiring company (but they aren't interested). I talk to many founders who have been misadvised, and they keep grinding without making progress. The Series A or B that didn't happen won't magically happen in 1 year with a little more progress. If the market moves much faster than your company progresses, you will always be behind. If you are told today to hit some metrics and come back, the market will have already moved by the time you return.

Technical moats are mostly over at this point. If you’re building something that is meant to be durable, the only moats now are: • Proprietary data • Network effects • A physical component

The Livepeer Agent Hackathon is complete. Embody v2 is here: real-time avatars on an AvatarForcing fork, tested on an RTX 5090. And why confidential compute matters for Livepeer 2.0.
