Court dismisses, once and for all, the Pasquinelli and Paysen case against $HMBL and myself.
The court orders $CYBL's attorneys to demonstrate how they haven't committed a Rule 11(b) violation, i.e. a fraud upon the court.
A sworn statement from @MDSAdvisor stating that $CYBL never delivered anything to the Ukraine. Question: How many times did $CYBL announce that it had delivered drones to the Ukraine?

In the Q3 report. Page 22. $CYBL states their UAS facility is still open and running and in fact they’re going to extend lease to keep making drones. They were locked out in June.
They’re selling stock on drones that don’t exist being manufactured at a facility they were locked out of / evicted 5 months ago.
$CYBL also got caught citing phony case law. Where do they keep finding lawyers to advance their scams?
