Brighton has an excellent scouting model and deserves praise. Owner Tony Bloom had also given the Club over £400m in interest-free loans since 2009 before being ruled illegal last year. They are now paying him back but without that support they could not have days like yesterday.

Man City owners basically boosted the economy by pumping an extra £900 million of there own money in to city, pretty sure tax was payed on that, they haven’t actually broke any laws, just stupid rules brought in to protect certain clubs, that’s my take on it
