🎶 Video killed the radio star… 🎶
For my next blogathon, I’m stepping out a little bit of traditional cinema and will be focusing on the fascinating world of music videos! It’ll take place from December 11 to 13. Subscribe here : thewonderfulworldofcinema.wo…
Remembering character actor John McGiver who was born on November 5th, 1913 in New York City.
Watch him here in a memorable scene from Breakfast at Tiffany’s with Audrey Hepburn and George Peppard. He also shared the screen with Audrey in Love in the Afternoon

#NewProfilePicture for #Noirvember 2026! November is the month of films noir!
I did a watchlist for this edition. I’ll probably won’t have time to see everything, but at least I have many choices > boxd.it/XMPBU

I will never understand why they always treat Madonna as an old granny that should retire or just die yet you never see people treat Cher, dolly, Janet or even Joni Mitchell like that

God I wish anglophones would get over themselves and just vote Québec Solidaire. There won't be any referendum, Jesus Christ, just vote for the party with the best ideas for your day to day life. 😭😭😭

It's crazy that not only did Montreal used to have a bunch of neighborhood cinemas, there would be MULTIPLE cinemas in every neighborhood -- sometimes on the same block. What an embarrassment of riches we've lost.
Discover my review of the excellent GASLIGHT (George Cukor, 1944), which brought Ingrid Bergman her first Oscar! Written on my companion blog Three Enchanting Ladies.

Remembering my favourite actress, the great Ingrid Bergman, who was born 111 years ago, on August 29, 1915 in Stockholm, Sweden. Unfortunately, today also marks 44 years since she left. For the occasion, I re-watched Gaslight and now I started The Visit. So far so good!
