Piecing together the pathophysiological puzzle of #frailty and anemia in #HeartFailure. Shared common mechanisms? Anemia potentiating #frailty? Perhaps a target for mitigating/preventing #frailty in #HeartFailure? Lots to learn.

Obesity is the strongest correlate of unexpectedly low BNP levels.
