After Dolly's death in August, millions of fans began grieving her loss. This includes thousands of people in her hometown of Sevierville. They began flocking to a statue of her near the local courthouse and paid tribute by leaving flowers. Thousands of flowers. The entire area used to be the last stronghold of the Khmer Rouge. When Jolie's foundation took ownership, they removed all the remaining landmines before they began protecting the area for wildlife.
