Tonight at 6 pm CT, I will deliver the State of the State address, celebrating TN’s place as “The Original Frontier” throughout America’s 250 years.
Just like the continuous building of a more perfect union, the work of a frontiersman never stops—ours should not stop either.
Great to join business leaders and students for @lipscomb’s annual Business Breakfast.
Tennessee remains one of the best places in the nation to do business and we are grateful for the men and women who help work to make that happen.
Someone will determine what the future looks like — that should be Tennessee.

The DI Men’s Basketball Committees have named seven finalist cities to host the 2032-36 Final Fours. The host cities will officially be announced in July 2027 following the final selection process.

Tennessee is proud to host this annual gathering of business and government leaders from Japan and across the Southeast as we strengthen this longstanding economic partnership and explore new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
Former Gov. @BillHaslam is serving as chair alongside Japan co-chairs Yasuhiro Morita and Masaaki Tsuya of @Bridgestone.
Japan is Tennessee’s top foreign direct investment partner, with more than 200 Japanese businesses supporting nearly 50,000 jobs and $21 billion in capital investment across the state. We’re excited to build on these relationships and welcome our partners from Japan and across the Southeast to Tennessee.

Today, we reflect on three years since the horrific terror attacks on the Nation of Israel.

On Friday, I directed TN state departments to suspend enforcement of dyed diesel restrictions through the end of October to provide relief for farmers & foresters during harvest season.
