In a bid to revitalize the water supply system to ensure the availability of potable drinking water to residents of Kaduna City and environs, Governor Uba Sani inspected the ongoing rehabilitation of the Kaduna State Water Treatment Plant in Kakuri.
In fulfilment of his promise to ensure the smooth takeoff of the new Federal University of Applied Sciences, Kachia, Governor @UbaSaniUS has presented a Certificate of Occupancy of 170 hectares of land for the institution to the Hon. Minister of Education, Dr. Maruf Tunji Alausa.
In his remarks, the Minister expressed his gratitude for the prompt approval and certification of the lands. He also commended Governor Uba Sani for his inclusive and people-centered approach to governance.
Governor Uba Sani had the honour of performing the groundbreaking for the reconstruction and upgrading of Zaria Township Roads (from Magajiya Junction to Kasuwan Amaru, with a link to Unguwan Liman/Albarkawa Road Intersection and Audi to Kako Roads), Zaria LGA.
This is in line with keeping with his promise to the good people of Kaduna State to accelerate development by extending infrastructure to all local governments
Since assuming office, Governor Uba Sani has initiated over 78 road projects across Kaduna State, totalling about 775km
Governor Uba Sani will perform the groundbreaking ceremony for a new road project extending from Magajiya Junction to Kasuwan Amaru. This project will also connect to Unguwan Liman Road and intersect with Albarkawa Road in the Zaria Local Government Area.
On Monday, February 24th, 2025, Governor Uba Sani served as the Chief Host as Her Excellency, the First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, OON distributed 10,000 professional kits to midwives in the North-West Zone under the Renewed Hope Initiative Health Program.
