Solvation entropy is hard! It took 6 years to untangle the surprising trends we observed in Li+ solvation.
Check out the results! Just out in @JPhysChem

Excited for this work to fully be out in the world! In integrated CO2 capture/conversion on Ag, the active species is still regular old CO2 - this makes direct air capture systems tricky, but there are paths forwards from concentrated sources!

Excited to share that I'll be joining the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at @TuftsUniversity in January!
My group will use deeply fundamental science to develop new electrolytes to enable the next generation of electrochemical storage and conversion devices
I'm very grateful to @EELabMIT, @GallantGroupMIT and all the other amazing people I've worked with that made this possible
Just out - Preprint of my first paper with @GallantGroupMIT in @ChemRxiv! Uncovering the active species in amine-mediated CO2 reduction to CO on Ag
