Industrial action by the RCN supported 2 issues:
Safe Staffing Saves Lives and Fair Pay For Nursing.
The pay offer doesn't appear to address either?
Also, the government has not committed to fully funding the present pay offer.

This is a blatant attempt by the Executive to hold onto power any way they can. If the EGM petition was deliberately sabotaged it was by people who don't want an EGM and who have access to the membership record database. Members have the right to hold the leadership accountable.
