Why? @Delta doesn't your app tell us which carousel to retrieve our bags 12 minutes after arrival?
Pretty sure you know but would love it if you'd tell your DM members
Um, let's see. The UP of Michigan is over 1,000 and Northern Michigan is 607. – at Petoskey, MI

America doesn't have a housing problem without also having a workforce problem.
Nearly 19,000 homes aren't built each year because of the skilled labor shortage.
The solution starts with the workforce pipeline and that pipeline starts with training.

We've spent the last 17 years #remodeling @PetoskeyArea homes which were diamonds in the rough, painted over to look presentable but structurally and practically deficient. We've made our homeowners comfortable in their homes and at the same time they had equity upon completion
A victim of its popularity, Petoskey struggles as home prices hit $1 million bit.ly/4dmgAoE
Good to see candidates talking about #housing in @PureMichigan. Every community is facing a housing shortage for residents. This affects the ability for businesses to house their workforce near the job centers. This is an obstacle to economic development and housing security
We’ve got to cut the red tape and make it easier to get into a home.
Local communities know what works. The state should be a partner, not a barrier, to make housing affordable and accessible for everyone.
Let’s get it done. Let’s walk.

Glad to see someone going on offense and pounding home the greatest impediment to our ability to #build the #housing that our country and communities so desperately need. #SkilledTrades are woefully understaffed, hindering our ability to build at capacity without the #workforce
HBI CEO Ed Brady was interviewed by Houston Public Media in response to @HomeDepotFound's disaster recovery survey highlighting the growing skilled construction worker shortage and its impact on rebuilding communities.

“We need more houses. If you take houses off the rental market, renters are going to have some price pressure.”

Compared to how many travelers on unmarked day of February? 1.9m or 0.9m, makes a difference in order of magnitude if we don't know typical day traveler numbers

So the press is actively promoting the occupants of the White House enrich themselves by giving them time in front of cameras and microphones.
Prior Presidents waited until they left office before seeking book and Hollywood deals.
Tacky.
Melania Trump thinks people will "connect" with the new documentary about 20 days in her life. "I think you will see a lot of emotions, from humor to sadness to grief to celebration," she told me. @CBSNews
*Potus and me.
.@SecretaryTurner on the tools the Trump Administration is using to tackle the housing affordability issue across the country. ⬇️
Our hearts goes out to @gretchenwhitmer and her family following the passing of her father, Richard Whitmer. Sandy and I are send our condolences, wishing them comfort, peace and strength during this difficult time we've experienced ourselves. May your memories make you smile.
So he's reliving the past? Six f-ing years ago and a page out of #POS45's bitch list.
I was initially impressed with JJ when we met in his DC office June 2025. Spoke intelligently about law, precedent, courses of action to achieve common goals. But now Trumpism ad nauseum. Nope.
NEWS: U.S. Rep. John James, a Republican running to be governor, has released a transparency and ethics plan for state government.
He is also vowing to set up a commission to study Michigan's enforcement of COVID-19 restrictions. detroitnews.com/story/news/p…

West Branch is "up north?" Our definitions are different but glad to see a new player in the #building supply chain to help us ##BuildBabyBuild
Wausau Supply Company has opened a new 120,000-square-foot distribution center in West Branch, marking a significant investment in northern Michigan.
The employee-owned building materials distributor views this as the first step in a larger plan to expand operations in the region.

That's partially due to the outrageous fares @Delta is trying to command with reduced schedule at PLN to connect to the world. I'm a Delta loyalist and #DiamondMedallion but can't justify the fares anymore.
Cherry Capital Airport is experiencing a significant surge in passenger numbers, prompting plans for both temporary and permanent expansions to accommodate the growing demand.

Bring the leftovers from the baker's dozen or up north for our remodeling crew Monday. We love day old donuts for a quick morning boost while we #RemodelPetoskey one house at a time
Made a quick stop at Cops & Doughnuts in Clare… had to support small business AND live up to the stereotype. Yes, this cop bought doughnuts #smallbusinessbigdreams #copsanddoughnuts #Clare
