James Potter is going to be tormenting the only black kid in school for trying to get with a white woman. In trying to be anti-racist, the producers of this show have made it more racist than most racist people would have made it.
The showrunners have painted themselves into a corner here with this Snape casting; either it will be extra-funny when they stick closely to the books, or they'll feel forced to change shit up and get mocked by the entire Internet.
