This double yellow was so bad and is not covered in the laws of the game. @mls really needs to make a public statement saying that this will never happen again. Obviously the foul call was an honest mistake, but if you're the ref, you have to control your emotional outbursts.
When I say King is in the far right part of the democratic party, this is the stuff I'm talking about. of all the things to support about Kamala, he picks the worst one.

It's not about the debt, it's about who's getting the tax cuts. Tapper capitulating too much to the right wing
Reyas has got to go. His handling of the protests is so reprehensible that it's being covered nationally. If the board and @maura_healey can't support the students of UMass, and they refuse to be honest about the protesters, then maybe they should be the ones protestested.
At UMass Amherst, 73 percent of undergraduate student voters support divestment. Suppressing such impulses requires that university boards be stacked with plutocrats.

What's the deal with pop-tarts. I mean is it a breakfast, is it a snack, is it a dessert? What's going on there.
Jerry Seinfeld's godawful Netflix comedy about the invention of Pop-Tarts is painfully stale from the moment it starts and never heats up after that. about as dire as streaming content gets. Pop-Tarts still rule tho.

not a single one of those things is violence.
“Violent protest is not protected; peaceful protest is. ... Vandalism, trespassing, breaking windows, shutting down campuses, forcing the cancellation of classes ... none of this is peaceful protest.”
— President Biden condemns many campus demonstrations.
Biden Condemns Many Actions at Student Pro-Gaza Protests
These violent Zionists and Islamaphobes need to be found and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Launching explosives into a crowd is, by any objective measure, attempted mass murder. The mainstream calls against violence are disingenuous if this is omitted from the coverag

This is grotesque. Universities have to get their cops in line. There is literally no reason for them to be beating elderly faculty members across the country.

completely fucking bone-chilling that the official account of a nation is amplifying accusations that the student protesters at columbia are terrorists

ALT Israel @Israel (a) Terrorism is an ideology. (b) They are openly supporting terror. (c) They are terrorists Shai Davidai • @ShaiDavidai • 21h This what's happening at @Columbia right now. know it's confusing, so let me spell it out for you: (a) Terrorism is an ideology. (b) They are openly supporting terror. (c) They are terrorists.

When I speak on campus, I ask what % of the pro-Palestine protesters are Jewish. Usually, Jews are overrepresented. Sometimes they're the largest identity group. Maybe folks calling for cracking down on protesters in the name of Jewish safety should consider their safety too

Spoke to one of my cousins in a shelter in Rafah today. This is what her home looks like. Thankfully they were not in the building when it was bombed. But she is now homeless, along with 80%+ of the population in Gaza.

I think it's pretty clear that Porter and Lee should have consolidated. Based on polls, it should have been Lee to drop out, even though I prefer Lee to Porter. Notable, Porter did not consolidate in the 2020 presidential election, even when it was clear her candidate had lost.
Wow, NPR's Super Tuesday article fails to mention the uncommitted movement and instead talks about Biden's diet. I didn't know NPR would be this bad at covering the elections. Very concerning.

Mass primary today. I don't even know if uncommitted is on the ballot. Do I write it in? Do I vote for Williamson? How do I tell @JoeBiden that I strongly oppose how anti-palestinian his foreign policy has been? #uncommited
Ohh, I guess I'm voting for no preference wbur.org/news/2024/03/04/no-…
