“As you win you become more confident and believe in what you’re doing. But I’m always striving. There’s always something to be done. You either get better or worse, you never stay the same. Avoiding complacency when your successful is the key to the drill,” Curt Cignetti

Curt Cignetti said, "It's a top-down approach. It starts with me."

Leadership is demonstrated not just heard.
It means leading by example.
You lead through your actions, mindset, and attitude.

Curt Cignetti with a masterclass on consistency and standards.
"Every play has a life and history of its own...Not affected by success. Not affected by failure. On to the next play. Never satisfied. Playing to a standard, not the circumstances of the game."
Every moment is another rep in honoring your standard.
Stay anchored to your standard and your consistency becomes your separator.
