Someone explain this to me like I am 5. Why is Trump dragging Pulte around to all these campaign stops and name dropping him in front of these crowds. Mortgage interest rates are 7,5%. in terms of affordability, behind gas, housing is the worst. No one in Ohio even knows what the FHFA even is. Him calling out Pulte as doing a great job with Fannie and Freddie doesn’t even make sense to the common voter. What is he even touting? This is a total clown show!

ENOUGH!! 🚨 🚨 🚨 🚨 🚨 🚨 🚨 You spent months talking up a historic return of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to the public markets. November was supposed to be the moment. Instead, November 2025 came and went and shareholders got nothing but silence. NO IPO. NO CLARITY! These are two of America’s greatest mortgage corporations, not political props to be dangled in front of millions of investors and then forgotten. If the IPO plan was real, where is it? If the plan changed, why hasn’t anyone had the courage to say so? Shareholders have waited 18 YEARS for an exit from conservatorship. They deserve ACTION not more headlines, hints, handshakes and moving goalposts. Not to mention the television commercials that have been viewed by millions. @realDonaldTrump @SecScottBessent @pulte @howardlutnick finish what you started. 📺 End the conservatorship. Protect existing shareholders. Return $FNMA and $FMCC to the NYSE where they belong. Promises made promises not kept. 🤥 These Fortune 50 Companies have repaid bailout. Do not try and steal more equity because if you do you will be compared to Barrack Hussein Obama. You know the guy..

🚨 TIME TO PAY ATTENTION: FANNIE MAE ($FNMA) — THE SLEEPING GIANT IS WAKING UP **UPDATE** Fellow Investors, There are moments in investing when the market begins to recognize what has been sitting in plain sight for years. Fannie Mae may be approaching one of those moments. This isn’t a speculative startup or a company trying to prove it has a viable business. Fannie Mae is one of the most important institutions if not the most important in U.S. housing finance, generating billions in earnings and building substantial net worth while remaining under conservatorship since 2008. And that is precisely where the opportunity exists. 🔹 1. A Massive Business Trading at a Fraction of Potential Value Fannie continues to generate billions in annual earnings and has accumulated more than $100 billion in net worth. Yet the common shares remain heavily discounted because the market is still pricing in uncertainty surrounding the government’s control and the eventual capital structure. If that uncertainty is resolved, the valuation conversation changes dramatically. 🔓 2. Conservatorship Cannot Be the Permanent Business Model Nearly 18 years is not a normal corporate lifecycle. The longer Fannie operates successfully under conservatorship, the harder it becomes to argue that conservatorship itself is the long-term solution. The forward-looking question isn’t simply “Will Fannie survive? When does Fannie return to being a normally capitalized, publicly traded company? ⚖️ 3. The Government’s Position Matters The Treasury/SPS position, the warrants and the rights of existing shareholders remain central to any eventual recapitalization and release. There are multiple possible paths forward, and nobody knows the exact structure today. But one thing is clear: the larger Fannie’s retained capital becomes, the more meaningful the conversation around resolving the existing capital structure becomes. 📈 4. Capital Is the Story This is where investors should be watching closely. Every dollar of retained earnings strengthens the balance sheet and moves Fannie closer to the capital position required for life outside conservatorship. Regulatory changes that reduce capital requirements or improve the economics of the business can further accelerate that process. This isn’t overnight speculation. It’s the gradual rebuilding of a financial institution that has been generating real earnings for years. 🏠 5. The Underlying Business Isn’t Going Away Whatever happens with interest rates or housing cycles, America will continue to need a deep, liquid secondary mortgage market. Fannie Mae sits directly in the middle of that system. Its scale, infrastructure, data, technology and mortgage-guarantee business represent enormous economic value. The question is not whether the business has value. The question is how much of that value ultimately accrues to common shareholders. 💥 6. The Asymmetry Is What Makes FNMA Interesting The risks are real: timing, dilution, government policy and the eventual capital structure cannot be ignored. But neither can the potential. If Fannie eventually exits conservatorship with a structure that preserves meaningful value for existing common shareholders, the market could be forced to revalue FNMA dramatically. That doesn’t require a miracle. It requires resolution. Bottom Line: $FNMA isn’t a bet that Fannie Mae will suddenly become a great company. It already is one. The investment thesis is that an enormously valuable, profitable and systemically important company may eventually be allowed to operate as a normal public company again. That’s the catalyst. That’s the disconnect. And that’s why I believe the market may be underestimating what FNMA could be worth when the conservatorship chapter finally comes to an end. Opportunity is not in predicting the exact day. It is in recognizing the potential before the market fully prices in the next chapter. $FNMA $FMCC Time to unlock the real value 🚀

Attention $FNMA $FMCC share holders/AI warriors. If you want this sorted out before the midterms, someone needs to generate a petition. One with signatures of Fannie & Freddie shareholders who are registered to vote, are from only states and districts that will supposedly swing the House and/or Senate majority this election, that would normally vote republican, but will stay home come November if a plan for uplisting and ending the conservatorship isn’t put in place immediately. A mouthful I know. But if you get 100,000 of those people to sign a petition and are ready to carry out the action. Someone will have to take notice. Impeachment or no impeachment could come down to a couple thousand votes in a couple swing states!

@pulte @howardlutnick @TruthTrumpPost @SecScottBessent Gentlemen, either shit of get off the pot. Holding Fannie and Freddie in perpetual conservatorship is no less of a crime than Obama funding Obamacare with their proceeds via the net worth sweep!

But are we nearing the end of conservatorship? Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac deserve better, and so do their shareholders.

If you want to know where we're headed, take a look at where we've been. Fannie and Freddie rank among the Fortune 50 by revenue, securing nearly $8 trillion in assets, generating roughly $50+ billion in annual net revenues (and around $25–30 billion in net income on recent run-rates), with combined net worth approaching $200 billion, and growing stronger. Fannie’s ~$4.33T would place it among the very largest balance sheets globally—behind only the biggest Chinese banks ($5–8T) and roughly in the same league as (or ahead of) JPMorgan ($4.9T) and well ahead of Bank of America ($3.5T) or HSBC ($3.3T). Freddie’s ~$3.5T would still rank among the top global banks by assets. Quarterly profits are solid (mid-teens billions for Fannie, low-to-mid teens for Freddie) but lower than the absolute top banks or tech giants. Market value is the biggest unknown. Current OTC trading and book values understate a fully privatized, recapitalized firm. Independent estimates of combined equity value upon release/recapitalization have ranged roughly $300B–1T (with Fannie the larger share); realistic public-market valuations could easily put Fannie in the low-to-mid hundreds of billions and Freddie a little lower, depending on capital rules, any residual government support/guarantee, required capital raises, and investor multiples. If released and operating as ordinary businesses with their present scale, both would be major Global 2000 companies and clear top-100 members, with Fannie the higher of the two. Long, strong, and righting the wrong. $FNMA $FMCC

FANNIE & FREDDIE TEMPORARY CONSERVATORSHIP PAYBACK DOCUMENTATION TO DATE: 78% above original 10% conservatorship terms. 🤯 The U.S Treasury has received 78% in total dividends above the original 10% conservatorship terms from shareholders of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. (Longest running temporary conservatorship in U.S history) - Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have paid 78% more in total dividends to the U.S. Treasury than they would have under the original 10% annual dividend requirement. The calculated financial impact of the 2012 Net Worth Sweep compared to the original 10% agreement reveals the following details. The Payout Comparison A Congressional Research Service (CRS) analysis tracked exactly what the two mortgage giants would have paid if the original 10% fixed-dividend rule had remained intact, vs. what they actually paid under the profit sweep: •Under the Original 10% Agreement: Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac would have owed a combined total of $169 billion in accumulated dividends over the timeline of their active payout periods. [1] •Under the Net Worth Sweep: The government actually extracted a combined $301.1 billion by sweeping 100% of their net profits. •The Excess Percentage: The $301.1 billion actually paid represents a 178.1% payout rate relative to the original obligation. This means the government pulled in an excess of 78.1% above the initial 10% deal. - Almost 18 years since the temporary conservatorship began and the owners of these historical companies, stakeholders (shareholders) of have not received one dollar in dividends. @pulte @realDonaldTrump @SecScottBessent @MariaBartiromo @cvpayne @FHFA @FannieMae @FreddieMac @howardlutnick @BillAckman @michaeljburry @HorsemanCountry @usnavycmdr

Typical hit piece. Keep them in conservatorship to protect this big builder corporate welfare scam without acknowledging that if $FNMA & $FMCC were recapitalized and released, the fund would be 5-10 times larger and would allow these swamp rats to distribute even more government forced shareholder charity to their cronies!! legis1.com/news/housing-trus…

Socialism is socialism, and if this administration is going to call out Mamdani for what he is doing in New York, there's no room to keep Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (F2) in conservatorship any longer. They have more than repaid their bailout commitments, and shareholders (most of whom are regular Americans, either robbed of their retirement or holding for years awaiting justice) deserve their due. It's time, Mr. President. It is time to do what no other administration was willing to do. End the socialism of these two beautiful companies that belong in the S&P 500. @POTUS

$FNMA $FMCC @pulte, you've shared data from the Fannie Mae Q2 earnings report a few times now. You seem to be reiterating how safe & sound they are. Are they safe & sound enough for uplisting to a legitimate exchange?
