Boo its root aphids! One of the worst pests a cannabis grower can encounter. There is no effective way to control these little satan spawns asides from (you guessed it) PREVENTION! #rootaphids #aphidsuck
Have you ever used Swirskii or Cucumeris for thrip control? Which do you prefer? #sustainableagriculture #thrips #biotechnology

Want to establish orius in your crop? Try BUGFEED, it's a mixture of Artemia and Ephestia eggs. This diet has been proven to boost the population of Orius by increasing its reproduction and survival rate! #organicfarming #biocontrol

Prevention is always better than the cure, especially when it comes to spider mites since they don't respond to chemical sprays. There are no short cuts to a clean grow, always quarantine your clones for two weeks and use predatory mites!!
Below is the distinctive webbing that spider mites produce to travel across plants, this level of an infestation can cause serious economic damage to crops. This is why scouting should be taken very seriously as the first line of defence.

Aphidius Colemani emerging from an aphid mummy. Did you know that aphidius colemani can seek out aphid colonies by detecting the distress signals of infested plants! #aphids #sustainable

Fun Fact: Canadians say “sorry” so much that a law was passed in 2009 declaring that an apology can’t be used as evidence of admission to guilt. #HappyCanadaDay! 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
Bumblebees are one of the best pollinators. They increase yield, produce better fruits, and are cost-effective. #pollinators #bees
This film deserves an academy award
Wildlife photographers go their whole careers without capturing footage like this. Nature at it's most brutal. 🐞 Sound on. #ladybirds #aphids #naturalenemies

Western flower thrips life cycle has five stages: egg, larval, prepupa, pupa, and adult. Thrips can complete an entire life cycle in 12-13 days at 25°C. #plantpests #entomology
Fungus gnats have no hope of surviving when you've got atheta (dalotia coriaria) in your soil. This little soil-dwelling beetle is an aggressive predator and an active flier. It will seek out fungus gnat infestations and eliminate them quickly. #farming #organic
Shipping out some tiny alligators (green lacewing larvae). These guys are known for their ability to destroy aphid infestations but did you know that they can also eat many other pests if aphids aren’t around! #greenlacewing #beneficialnsects #naturalenemies #aphids
Spider mites are tiny in size, about 0.5 mm long as adults. Their small size is one of the main reasons why it’s so hard to detect them during the initial stages of infestation. #spidermite #pests #evilmite #spidermitessuck
