🚨 BREAKING 🚨 Just days after GOA, @GunFoundation, & @VCDL_ORG secured a preliminary injunction against Virginia’s “assault weapons” carry ban, the Assembly voted to delay implementation of the gun ban until 2027. They’ve already lost the fight and they know it.

In GOA & GOF's Wolford amicus brief, we warned SCOTUS against relying on an 1865 Louisiana disarmament law targeting freed slaves. The Court agreed: racist gun control laws are “tainted artifacts,” not valid 2A history. A major rebuke to the Ninth Circuit’s anti-gun analysis.

Last August GOA & @GunFoundation secured a victory that turned TN into a Constitutional Carry state. Days later, the AG APPEALED our victory & said the courts "went too far."🙄 Today we're in court to let TN know there is no "too far" when it is violating the Second Amendment.

DOJ chose the worst possible plaintiff and still lost. SCOTUS made clear the government can’t strip someone’s 2A rights without showing they’re actually dangerous. Maybe DOJ should stop defending unconstitutional gun control. Just a thought🙄
