An emotional moment for Jonathan Roumie, the man who plays Jesus in The Chosen, as he opens up about the deep struggles he faced just before landing his life-changing role.
In this humbling scene, he shares his raw vulnerability, recounting a moment of financial desperation when he prayed out loud for help. Literally the next day, unexpected checks arrived in the mail, followed by the phone call that cast him in The Chosen and completely transformed his life.
Proof that God hears prayers, you just need to have faith and surrender.

If the resurrection was fake, the disciples died for a lie they made up.
People donโt usually die for something they know isnโt true.

They murdered Him in public and he got back up again 3 days later.
His disciples all brutally murdered for not denouncing the divinity of Christ.
No one dies for a lie.

Here's the wonder, Jesus Didn't just create you, he wrote himself into your very DNA.
He formed you with intention and breathe life into you because he wants more than for you to simply exist.
He wants to have a personal relationship with you.
The creator who holds galaxies together also holds you together.
You were created to have a relationship with God who created you.

Well, I really hate to make this post, but since people keep asking: Iโm officially #retired from @Halo.
A lot of people donโt know the real reason I came back to grind this hard. After my grandma who raised me passed away, and my ex left me saying I "sucked at Halo," this game became my escape. It was the sole reason I pushed myself to this degreeโit kept me away from bad habits and a negative lifestyle.
That drive is what led me to hitting Top 5 in the SWAT leaderboards and winning a couple tournaments. I even got to play at HCS Charlotte 2025, which was the most incredible experience.
But looking back, it became so much more. I went from being a fan of @Gunplexion to calling him family, and I met so many incredible people through @SWAT_Nation & @Halo. It was an honor to officially become a member of SWAT Nation myself.
To be honest, @SWAT_Nation truly saved my life. This community changed my outlook for the better and gave me a confidence that carries over into everything life throws at me now.
I just want to thank @Naptimez and everyone involved at @SWAT_Nation for giving me a platform to compete and for keeping the community alive. Itโs been a ride. โค๏ธ
