अभी हाल ही में हमारे एक भाई को टॉर्चर किया गया, उसे अपमानित किया गया।
मेरे दलित परिवार का वह भाई सरकार के शोषण के कारण आत्महत्या करने को मजबूर हो गया।
जब हमारे नेता और कार्यकर्ता उनके परिवार से मिलने जा रहे थे, तो सत्ताधारी पार्टी के लोगों ने उनको रोकने का प्रयास किया।
मैं उनसे कहना चाहता हूं कि आपमें इतनी ताकत नहीं कि भाजपा के नेताओं और कार्यकर्ताओं को रोक लोगे।
हमने तो कश्मीर को भी पूरी तरह भारत से जोड़ दिया, आतंकवाद के पनाहगारों को सबक सीखा दिया और नक्सलवाद को भी जड़ से समाप्त कर दिया।

The Crime That Never Happened
In September 2000, 23-year-old Vishnu Tiwari from Lalitpur, UP, was arrested for rape and charges under the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. A Dalit woman accused him; the trial court convicted him in 2003 and sentenced him to life imprisonment. He was sent to Agra Central Jail.
The problem? The charges were false.
What the High Court Actually Found
In January 2021, the Allahabad High Court acquitted him after 20 years behind bars. The Court found:
🔸 No medical evidence, no semen, no injuries, no signs of forcible intercourse on a fully-grown woman
🔸 A clear motive, the case was rooted in a land/property dispute, not sexual assault
🔸 Contradictions in the testimony of all three witnesses
The Court declared: "We are convinced that the accused has been wrongly convicted."
The Price of a False Complaint
While Vishnu rotted in jail:
❌ His parents and two brothers died, he couldn't attend their last rites
❌ His family was socially ostracised
❌ Their 5 acres of land was sold off
❌ He was never granted bail or parole, not even during COVID when prisons were being decongested
❌ He walked out with just ₹600 from the jail administration
His words: "My body is broken and so is my family... How do I start life at 43?"

जो साल छीने गए वो वापस नहीं आएंगे, पर सम्मान और गुज़र-बसर बहाल सरकार का फर्ज है. न्याय में देरी भी अपराध है..इस दिशा में काम कर रहे किसी वकील भाई से निवेदन है की विष्णु तिवारी की मदद की जाये और सुप्रीम कोर्ट या हाई कोर्ट के सामने के सामने इस मामले को उठाये .

अजीत जी, ये दो कौड़ी का जोक है, एक ख़ाली रहता होगा जिसमे वो बच्चे कूदते होंगे जिन्हें तैरना नहीं आता? नहीं, नया है सुनो, एक में बारिश के जल का संचयन होता है जिस से बच्चे रेन वाटर हार्वेस्टिंग सीखते हैं।
