DIFFERENT PARTY, SAME DONORS. CAN DEMOCRATS DELIVER REAL ACCOUNTABILITY?
Can a Democratic Congress led by establishment figures like Hakeem Jeffries and Chuck Schumer tackle Americaโs problems and hold the Trump administration accountable?
@AnaKasparian examines how culture-war battles divide Americans while both parties maintain ties to AIPAC money and the same corporate interests.
The question goes beyond which party controls Congress: will its leaders serve their constituents, or keep answering to the interests funding both sides?

In April 2001, Steve Buscemi was stabbed in the throat and Vince Vaughn was pepper-sprayed and arrested after a night out in North Carolina.
The actors were in Wilmington filming Domestic Disturbance when a confrontation broke out at the Firebelly Lounge.
A witness said it started after Vaughn talked to a local manโs girlfriend. The fight spilled outside around 2 a.m., and Buscemi was stabbed above the eye and in the jaw, throat and arm.
Buscemi was treated at a local hospital and released. Police charged 21-year-old Timothy Fogerty with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
Police arrested Vaughn and the filmโs screenwriter, Scott Rosenberg, after a second scuffle.
A judge later barred both men from downtown Wilmington bars and ordered them to attend alcohol counselling.
