I wanted to test the algorithm shenanigans myself yesterday so I posted 3 seperate times. Sabrina at 11am(most traction) Luxray at 5pm(visible reduction) Fifi at 2am/morning (majority likes only from followers) If you post for likes/traction/reach, 1st post very important.

To me it seems the best way to handle the new X(Twitter) algorithm stuff is to just follow the artists or accounts you like and interact with them every so often. Post what you want, label if needed and enjoy your favourite creators!
