I was listening to Shaggy from Scooby Doo list the Top 40 songs from some week in 1970s, like I always do, and this one came on. Really cool. youtu.be/z4i3LmR0K74?si=M069…

Why would we have to wait for an illegal to commit a heinous crime before we deport them?
ICE shot Wilber Perez in the back.  Now, Wilber can’t move the left side of his body. How does paralyzing a DoorDash driver make anyone more safe?

Ah yes, Illinois… a famous Republican stronghold. We’ve had 4 years of a Republican governorship since 2003 and even he had Democratic supermajorities in the House and Senate. Illinois is world famous for terrible Democratic governance. This is a truly absurd comment.
Democrats always clean up Republican messes. Ten years ago, the Republican governor of Illinois made this state a national punchline. Since then, we've balanced the budget every year, earned 12 credit upgrades, and raised the minimum wage to give 1.4 million Illinoisans a raise.

Reagan Republicans be like “I saw a vaguely racist tweet so now I have to vote for the guy who thinks teachers are obligated by federal law to trans kids without telling their parents” lol
In which Bo French’s opponent says that Texas teachers MUST socially transition kids without informing parents. He says that informing their parents would violate Title IX. Can you imagine letting someone this insane regulate the Texas oil industry?

The NFL should fine itself.
NFL fined 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk $14,926 for engaging in an offensive demonstration Sunday vs. Miami. “Your imitation of chugging a beer constituted an offensive demonstration and could reasonably be construed as being in poor taste,” the NFL wrote in its fine letter. Juszczyk, nicknamed “Juice”, already has appealed the fine.

He's running.
Replying to @OVTweetmarck
Rocks that this is the Democrats now. We have that, and we have a GOP that's just a bunch of grifters. It's great.

The left has an interesting problem where they’ve managed to all but eradicate racism from mainstream society but they’ve built up an entire ideology centered around fighting it, so now the demand for racism has exceeded the supply. Which leads to stuff like this

Hindu. Parents. Network. You can literally form protective ethnic cartels around your CHILDREN if you are non-White…. …but if you advocate for White children suddenly everyone is counting how many words you used and putting you on an SPLC hate watch list.

I'm glad you get to showcase your "principles" by sitting out this election, Republicans. Democrats will skin us alive if they win the presidency in 2028. We need as many Senate seats as we can get.
Next Dem Attorney General needs to revive the case against Susan Collins. She needs to be behind bars.

If a Republican had said this, it'd be all over the news networks for weeks. (Young Republicans group chat & Bo French) But Democrats (Mary Pelotla & Jay Jones) get it laughed off.

And all you republican whiners who are crying and stomping your feet at what Bo French said just need to shut the hell up. Honestly you guys are unserious people. You either think Democrats are bad or you don't. You people not voting are gay.

"I hope she dies of a botched abortion." ~ Mary Peltola Put that one in your tweet, "Kellen"
SCOOP: Inside the tumult of Mary Peltola's Senate campaign in Alaska and her time on Capitol Hill. Peltola is known publicly as kind and affable. But aides recall angry outbursts, slurs and a shove. (She also required staff to feed a pet chameleon.) nytimes.com/2026/09/23/us/po…

Fernando Mendoza signed a rookie contract in July worth $57.27 million. Fully guaranteed. He is 22 years old. This week he announced what he is doing with his rookie season. He is starting a series called Finance with Fernando to teach people his age how to handle money. His words in the trailer. "My true passion is fiscal responsibility." He is not bluffing. He graduated from the Haas School of Business at Berkeley, and he is finishing a master's in business administration in December. Here is how he got to the point where a 22 year old can say that. All four of his grandparents left Cuba for Miami in 1960. He grew up in Miami and played at Christopher Columbus High School. In two seasons as the starting quarterback he threw for 1,396 yards and 16 touchdowns. Total. Nobody was building a recruiting class around that. He committed to Yale. Then another recruit's decision opened a door at California, and he went to Berkeley instead. He redshirted in 2022. He started eight games in 2023 and eleven in 2024. Then he hit the portal and went to Indiana, a program that had gone 9-27 in the three years before Curt Cignetti showed up. What happened next does not really happen. Indiana went 16-0. Mendoza threw 41 touchdown passes, a school record. They won at Oregon. They beat No. 1 Ohio State for the Big Ten title. Rose Bowl against Alabama, he went 14 of 16 for 192 yards and three touchdowns in a 38-3 win. Peach Bowl against Oregon, five touchdowns. Then the national championship game, against Miami. The school in his own hometown. Indiana won 27-21. He was the offensive MVP. First Heisman Trophy in Indiana history. First national championship in Indiana history. Then the Raiders took him first overall. He wears number 15 for Tom Flores, who gave him his blessing to use it. And right now he is sitting behind Kirk Cousins. So instead of waiting around, he is finishing the MBA and starting a personal finance series for people who have never had money and are about to. One more thing worth knowing about him. His mother Elsa lives with multiple sclerosis. He and his brother worked with restaurants to put items on the menu that raise money for MS research. Turn on any sports broadcast in America right now and count the sportsbook ads. The number one pick in the draft started a show about not losing your money.
