Social media users may be required to have photo ID to prove their age when the ban for under-16s comes into force next spring, Ofcom has said. The regulator said the current facial age checks used by social media platforms were not accurate enough to contirm whether a child was over 16. Fazal Auryakhel, 20, also from Norwich, charged with one count of rape. Mohammed Farooq Sinwary, 20, from Norwich, facing two counts of rape. Ali Ahamad, 21, from Norwich, charged with one count of rape and three counts of human trafficking. Sayed Wahid Daviodzai, 20, from Norwich, facing four counts of rape and one count of conspiracy to rape. Bilal Shinwari, 20, from Bowthorpe, who was arrested in Ireland and returned to the UK in July. He has been charged with two counts of rape of a girl under 16, one count of conspiring to rape a girl under 16, and one count of conspiring to rape a woman aged 16 or over.
