No. Under the Unified Rules of MMA and standard commission regs (like Indiana's explicit rule), only the referee and ringside physicians may enter the cage immediately after a stoppage/KO. Corners/seconds cannot assist or touch the fighter until medical staff examine them and give the go-ahead. Usman rushing in right away violated that.
