Have socialised with two groups of friends in one day…so if you need me tomorrow - no, you don’t. I’ll be locked away at home, in my pjs with my phone on DND.

And, where is the uproar when ALL other premier league teams do similar trips throughout the season?!
😂 So Arsenal flew their players to Blackpool for their Carabao Cup clash with Fleetwood Town, only to board two coaches that had drove all the way from London to take them the final SIX MILES to the stadium. Meanwhile, the rest of us are drinking through paper straws to save the planet. 🌍😭

Ref has allowed player after player to foul Max for the past 85 minutes and not brandish a card to anyone of them…now that Max has had enough and snapped back he’s the one that gets a red card!

❤️👏 Alongside the charity BigShoe, Bukayo Saka has been making an incredible difference to the lives of people in need around the world. 🌍 ▪️ 🇳🇬 Nigeria: Funded 120 life-changing operations for underprivileged children. ▪️ 🇲🇦 Morocco: Provided 50 homes to accommodate 84 families and 89 children affected by the earthquake. ▪️ 🇹🇷 Turkey: Funded accommodation for 26 families displaced by devastating earthquakes. ▪️ 🌍 Africa: Supported healthcare and medical screening programmes in Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania and Sierra Leone, alongside Antonio Rüdiger. A footballer using his success to genuinely change lives beyond the pitch. Massive respect. ❤️
🚨 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟: Bukayo Saka has been awarded the 2026 Sócrates Award at the Ballon d'Or ceremony. 🏆🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 The Arsenal winger receives the award in recognition of his contributions off the pitch, celebrating his commitment to social causes, charitable work and making a positive difference in society. ❤️👏

Tributes to Mr Friar tomorrow: Player walk out will be slightly earlier at 14.54 and there will be a special tribute at 14.57 with a PA read and stadium tribute and moment of applause before playing The Angel (North London Forever). You can also walk across his bridge and for those who arrive the other side, you can take a look at the boards across from The Armoury store on Hornsey Road.

In 2011, Arsene Wenger told UEFA to look into Manchester City, claiming their sponsorship with Etihad was not credible. Current FIFA president, Gianni Infantino fixed the previous investigation so Manchester City would only receive a fine. Arsene Wenger was told to never speak about the situation again or he’d be fined. 15 years later…. Arsene knew. FULL ARTICLE: nowarsenal.com/latest-news/g…

A 5am alarm…to drop people off at the airport…to then get ready for a full day of teaching 10 year olds 😩 Life is so unfair!

🚨🇫🇷 Thierry Henry on Manchester City being found guilty of 114 charges: 🗣️“I have to be honest. If Manchester City have been found guilty of 114 charges, I don’t understand how a points deduction can be enough. If those breaches gave them an advantage, the titles won in that period have to be questioned. For me, the Premier League titles should be stripped. The trophies should be taken away, the records corrected, and the punishment should go beyond points. Relegation should also be considered. This is not just about Manchester City. It is about the integrity of the competition. If you break the rules on that scale and are found guilty, you cannot keep everything you achieved and move on after a points deduction. Take the titles. Take the trophies. Let the records reflect what happened. Otherwise, what message are we sending to every other club?”

Teachers are expected to: • Arrive before everyone else • Teach all day • Manage 30+ different personalities in every class • Differentiate lessons for every learning level • Keep students engaged • Handle behavior issues • Answer parent emails • Attend endless meetings • Grade mountains of assignments • Track data and update online systems • Complete paperwork • Plan tomorrow’s lessons • Support struggling students • Challenge advanced students • Cover for absent staff • Supervise lunch, hallways, and dismissal • Adapt to every new initiative that comes along And after all that, they're somehow expected to go home with enough energy to be a parent, partner, friend, or simply a functioning human being. People talk about teacher shortages, burnout, and declining morale as if they're mysteries. They're not. You can't keep adding responsibilities to a job that's already overflowing and then act surprised when people reach their limit. The real question isn't why teachers are burning out. It's why anyone expects them not to.
