The Centre for Trade and Investment Law & The Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution, RGNUL, Punjab invite you to attend the Conference on "Dispute Settlement in International Trade Agreements: Prospective Pathways". The conference will be held from 10th to 11th February 2022.
I will also be speaking tonight at 10:00pm EST on Dispute Settlement in North American Trade Agreements.
The conference seeks to shed light on and enlighten the participants concerning challenges as well as the possible direction in which dispute settlement could evolve in RTAs and the WTO.
