One day, they will wash your body, wrap you in a kafan, and bury you. Life will move on, but your deeds will follow you. Prepare for the day you meet Allah.

You hear the Adhan and tell yourself, “Let me finish this one thing.”
You finish it. Then another thing comes up. Before you know it, you're negotiating with yourself about Salah.
May Allah make us among those who protect their prayers, even when life gets busy. Ameen.

I’ve gotten to a stage in my life where I now fully understand the question that yoruba use to ask someone that gossip a lot; “shey ọ n’ishẹ ni” - don’t you have work?

A Muslim should always remember that the dunya isn't home. It's not the end. The dunya is just the beginning.
We should remember this when making some decisions. We shouldn't follow the non-Muslims blindly.
We are going to be held accountable for all our decisions.

ABU’s Massive School Fees Increment: At What Cost to Students?
Education should be a right and a pathway out of poverty, not a luxury only the wealthy can afford. How do we expect the next generation to build a better society when they are being priced out of the classroom? 😔

Things are getting worse. This is not the right time for ABU to increase fees. Some departments are now paying ₦200k+, while others are ₦190k+. With the current economic hardship, this is too much for students and families. ABU needs to reconsider. This is unacceptable.

The new Ahmadu Bello University Zaria school fees is not funny ohh.
I paid 43k during my time, same department is paying almost 200k today. Omo.

Nigeria’s minimum wage is ₦70,000, while the lowest school fee at my university is now ₦183,000.
Now imagine a parent earning around the minimum wage who has 3 or 4 children in the same university.
That’s ₦549,000–₦732,000 in school fees alone, before accommodation, feeding, transportation, textbooks, medical expenses and other basic needs.
Education is supposed to be a pathway to a better future, but for many Nigerian families, the cost is becoming a serious burden.
How are families expected to cope with this? 💔🇳🇬

Wallahi I want to raise scholars. I want to carry imams in my belly and raise them.
I want a household of scholars go come from me. I pray Allah makes it easy for me and my future husband.
