Water pump went out on the way to officiate @HalloweenBasic’s wedding today and got stranded on the side of 95. Magic’s towing got me on their flatbed and back to their shop and one of the guys in the truck, Robert, dropped everything he had going on and got me the water pump, thermostat and serpentine belt I needed to get me back on the road in a few hours and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for it. Especially on a Friday afternoon. Came in super clutch.
Met his wife Ashley too who called him to say dinner was ready and who gladly told him to stay and help me out. Hung out and chopped it up with em about music for the few hours it took to get me up and running again.
Highly recommend these guys if you ever need anything done in the Roanoke Rapids area. Super good people. He’s in business for himself and getting things off the ground and I’m appreciative he helped me out today. Redline Automotive 1208 Highway NC-48.
