Sidney Resources Corporation (OTC: SDRC) — Statement Regarding MSHA Inspections Sidney Resources welcomes the opportunity to address recent public discussion regarding MSHA inspections at our Lucky Ben Mine in Idaho. We acknowledge the citations and orders issued during these inspections and take every finding seriously. We also believe it is important to provide perspective on the process, the substantial progress being made, and our unwavering commitment to safety. First and foremost, our experience with the Boise MSHA team has been exceptionally positive. Their professionalism, expertise, and constructive approach have been outstanding. We sincerely appreciate their commitment to working with our team to strengthen our operations and ensure compliance. We embrace MSHA’s involvement because our missions are aligned: protecting people, preventing accidents, and continually improving workplace safety. MSHA inspections can result in multiple citations at both developing and established mining operations. While the number of citations should be viewed within the broader context of the inspection and the nature of the findings, this perspective in no way diminishes our responsibility to address every identified issue. Our goal is zero citations, zero accidents, and zero injuries. At Sidney Resources, we believe safety is a culture, not simply a regulatory requirement. It begins with leadership and extends to every employee, contractor, and visitor. Regulatory compliance is our minimum expectation. Our ultimate objective is to build and sustain an environment where everyone returns home safely, every day. We have already resolved numerous citations and continue making substantial progress addressing the remaining findings. MSHA personnel returned to our site yesterday, October 19, as we continue working collaboratively through the corrective action process. Our contracted mining operator, Western Frontier, has engaged a highly qualified MSHA consultant to further strengthen our safety management systems, training programs, operational procedures, and ongoing compliance efforts. We are proud of our accident-free operating record and remain committed to maintaining it. Every inspection, every finding, and every corrective action presents an opportunity to learn, improve, and reinforce the safety culture we are building. We want to express our sincere appreciation to the Boise MSHA team. While regulatory oversight is sometimes viewed as adversarial, that has not been our experience. We have found MSHA personnel to be professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to the safety of those working in the mining industry. We value that relationship and look forward to continuing our work together. Additional details regarding the inspections, corrective actions, and progress toward resolution will be included in our third-quarter corporate reporting. At Sidney Resources, safety is more than a regulation to follow. It is a culture we build, a responsibility we share, and a commitment we make to every person who enters our operations. Every once in a while, a moment comes along that has the potential to change the trajectory of a company. I believe today is one of those moments. It is an incredible honor to welcome former Idaho Governor C.L. “Butch” Otter as Chairman of the Board of Sidney Resources Corporation. Governor Otter has spent a lifetime serving Idaho—as a businessman, Congressman, Lieutenant Governor, Governor, and respected leader in the mining industry. After spending time together in Warren and sharing our vision for the future, it became clear to me that we are aligned in our commitment to responsible resource development, creating economic opportunity for Idaho, and strengthening America’s domestic supply of critical minerals. At the same time, our team has been studying what I believe is one of the most significant historical mining documents ever uncovered in the Warren Mining District—the 1933 Unity Mine report. Nearly a century ago, miners documented a geological system that was extraordinary for its time. Today, with modern technology, modern exploration methods, and a much deeper understanding of geology, we have the opportunity to revisit those observations and determine just how significant this district may be. History doesn’t create opportunity… It leaves clues. The vision, determination, and hard work of those who came before us have handed us a roadmap. It is now our responsibility to follow it with discipline, science, integrity, and respect for the people and communities we serve. This isn’t just about one company. It’s about Idaho. It’s about rebuilding America’s mineral independence. It’s about creating jobs, strengthening rural communities, and developing resources that are critical to our nation’s future. I have never been more excited or more optimistic about where Sidney Resources is headed. The best chapters of this story are still waiting to be written. #SDRC #Idaho #Mining #CriticalMinerals #Gold #RareEarths #EconomicDevelopment #Leadership #AmericanMining

The 1933 engineering report (Treasure Map) tied to the historic Unity & Charity Mine systems in Idaho’s Warren District outlines what could be one of the most compelling underexplored mining stories in the United States: $SDRC • More than 15,000 feet of underground development • Multiple parallel high-grade gold vein systems identified across the district • Historic ore values reported between $20 and $100+ per ton at $20.67 gold — equivalent to roughly $4,300 to $21,700+ per ton using current gold prices near $4,490/oz • Select production reportedly reaching grades as high as $500 per ton at historic gold prices — equivalent to approximately $108,000 per ton today • Historic gold recovery rates reported at 94.5% using ball mill and flotation methods • Extensive underground mapping, ore shoot modeling, and structural geology analysis completed by early engineers • Engineers describing the mineral system as “deep seated,” suggesting strong exploration potential at depth Today, Sidney Resources controls the broader system, including substantial portions of the historic underground workings and strategic surface rights connected to the Charity Mine complex. With significantly higher modern gold prices, advances in extraction technology, increasing U.S. demand for domestic critical minerals, and ongoing indications of gold, tungsten, platinum group metals, and rare earth elements, the Warren District may represent far more than a forgotten historic gold camp. Some of the most significant opportunities are often the ones history overlooked. #SDRC #Gold #Mining #CriticalMinerals #RareEarths #Idaho #MiningStocks #OTC

Over the past several months, we've made substantial progress at the Warren District Project in Idaho, advancing toward production. We've ramped down to a new level and driven several hundred feet of drift in the Lucky Ben Tunnel, intercepting the Little Giant Vein. We're now installing infrastructure for continued drifting, while channel and bulk samples from the new intercept are being studied and prepared and sent to independent third-party labs (including SGS and Florin) for assay and metallurgical optimization. This work supports the data for our new Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) below historically mined stopes that is being prepared, including the high-grade ore winze noted in historic records (see Jay Czizek transcript below). We're approximately 125 feet from this high-priority target. Key advancements: • Mill building construction complete and will come online with ore supply stability • Operational and road permitting advancing with the U.S. Forest Service — including permits to move historical mine materials and new road access construction • Strong early geophysical results — expanded IP survey planned this season Near-term catalyst: Expanding road access early to unlock significantly higher operational capacity beyond seasonal limits. Grant Update (Non-Dilutive Funding):We remain in contention for two U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) grants and have advanced to the next phase on one following our initial interview. These grants represent a major opportunity to accelerate development with non-dilutive capital and strong government validation. As Chief Operations Officer, I’m proud of what our team has achieved under challenging conditions and very encouraged by where we stand today. Every step is deliberate — de-risking technically, operationally, and financially while building a production-ready operation. Discipline and execution continue to drive us forward. Shareholder value remains the focus. #Mining #Gold #CriticalMinerals #Idaho #SDRC $SDRC

$sdrc @wfmining - a public message of gratitude to Steve, Guy, Matt, Dan and all of the hard working miners working very hard in harsh conditions I wanted to take a moment to celebrate a major milestone we’ve just achieved underground. Dan has shared the exciting news that, through sheer grit, determination, and by overcoming more than a bit of adversity, the team has successfully reached what is believed to be the interception of the main vein. This is a tremendous accomplishment. Every one of you played a critical role in pushing through the challenges, staying focused, and delivering results when it mattered most. I truly believe that your hard work, resilience, and teamwork will yield incredible results and lead to success in a big way. This interception represents not just technical success, but a true testament to what this team is capable of when we dig deep (literally and figuratively). I’m incredibly proud of each and every one of you. Let’s keep the momentum going as we move into this next phase. Great things are ahead. Thank you again for your outstanding effort. #gratitude #progress #gold #miningstocks #mining
$SDRC Update: Significant Intercept of Targeted Quartz Vein System at Warren District Project: Sidney Resources Corporation (OTCID:SDRC) is pleased to report the successful underground interception of the targeted quartz vein system at its Warren District Project in Idaho. The encountered vein displays intense alteration and textures unlike previous intersections in the area. The quartz is heavily altered, soft, and exhibits a greasy character, accompanied by strong iron oxide staining and prominent green/yellow mineralization. Geological observations indicate a well-developed shear-hosted zone with evidence of multiple fluid events — consistent with a robust, sulfide-rich hydrothermal system. Importantly, this high-intensity zone was intercepted earlier and appears more developed than anticipated in the current modeling, suggesting we have intersected the primary structural conduit rather than peripheral halo material. These characteristics are highly encouraging for potential free-milling gold mineralization. Samples from the intercept have been collected and are being prepared for assay at independent third-party laboratories. This data will contribute to the growing dataset supporting future mineral resource estimation work. We set the target. We hit the structure — and it looks stronger than modeled. Further updates will follow as assay results and underground development progress. Cuts/Samples from this intercept have been sent to SGS and Florin Labs. #GOLD #Mining #miningstocks #progress

$sdrc the company is Marching forward with clear goals and clear vision.
You mean progress towards the vein intercept? Being featured in Inside mining? Being the top micro cap according to readers/voters by mining.com? Videos showing measurable progress in movement underground toward the vein intercept at our main site ? The completion of staking and claiming 7600 additional acres? Completing a magnetic flyover evidencing high density assets? 100s of assay samples showing high grade material? Having our by-products showing more value than most ore? Collaborating with groups globally? Working with federal agencies and pursuing grants with DoE? Working with a DARPA sponsored lab ? Which positive part was missed? $SDRC and that’s just some of what we’ve done in the last quarter and a half.

🚨 Major breakthrough in US mining! 🚨@SDRCMINING just confirmed successful isolation of #Iridium at Idaho’s Warren District! An ultra-rare metal 40x scarcer than gold, with global output only ~7-10 tonnes/year. As a byproduct of PGM ops elsewhere, this domestic find is game-changing for defense, aerospace, nuclear tech & electronics. No meaningful US primary supply until now, this validates their metallurgy & unlocks polymetallic potential. Ore at 0.2g/t enriched to 390-1120ppm in smelter buttons!
