Race was called “Striders Trail 5”.
The 5 stands for 5 mile, not 5k which I only found out half way round! 🙃

Another Sunday, another run but this one’s different!
It’s my first ever trail run, just a 5k! Trail running will be a good variation on the marathon training and will surely help if I come across any tree trunks, squirrels or muddy rivers on the London course!😉
