The woman underneath all that, the one who blazes, laughs, who walks into a room and sets the air on fire without trying. You chose the silence. I won't pretend it didn't land like something breaking... But I know the shape of respect, and mine for you is large enough to hold even the choices that cost me. So I let it be. What I won't do is chase a ghost while the real woman breathes somewhere nearby. I've seen what you are when you are fully you...
