Kinda crazy to me that actual retailers are selling Switch 1 games well above msrp now. I do wonder if reprints for those Switch 1 carts are really that expensive or they're just taking advantage and charging scalper prices.
After my experience with wal mart I think I'll just be going with Gamestop in person pre orders if I really want a game on launch day

Update. Got an email saying their sorry about the inconvenience and will update my account so I can make orders again. Only problem is now I can't pre order stellar blade on Switch 2 from anywhere to get it on launch day. Can't even order it from them at all.
I think @Walmart lied and said i violated their return policy when they canceled my order for Stellar Blade on Switch 2 because they didn't have enough stock. I literally have never returned any orders with them. Customer service can't give me an answer either. Not appreciated.

I've got folks saying,
"If Nintendo would just bring their games to PC, piracy would drop heavily."
1. It's crazy how the industry likes to pretend they don't care about Nintendo games but then turns around and BEGS for them on other platforms, then throws a fit when they don't.
2. This is an absolute lie! How you may ask??
COME HERE SILKSONG🗣️: On the day of this much anticipated game's release, these low-lifes cracked and uploaded the game to pirate sites in approximately 15 MINUTES and is available on every possible platform. THAT GAME LAUNCHED AT $20 thanks to these awesome indie developers
Same goes for Minecraft. A study was done on 1,400 players and revealed that of those surveyed, about 82% were using a cracked/pirated version of the game. With the millions of people that play every day, imagine what that percentage is at scale? Now thankfully, Minecraft is too big to fail but the point still stands.
These are just 2 examples. There's are a wealth more that EASILY disproves this lie lol.
Again, pirates just want free stuff that everyone else has to pay for. There is no noble reason.

Gabe was giving business advice to publishers, not handing out a moral pass because you don't want to buy a console. First-party exclusivity isn’t a broken service, and acting like you're owed games on PC is just pure platform entitlement.
Folks are dumping Switch 2 ROMs on sites that do not want them. You are going to get these websites heavily reprimanded or completely shut down.
If you just want to be scum and get free games, just say you're scum and own it.
Stop dressing up console FOMO as some righteous anti-corporate crusade. It's not.

So let me get this straight.... everyone complained about how weak the Switch 1 was when it was Nintendo's primary platform.
However, now that we have the Switch 2 (a much more powerful system), and that AI has cracked it, allowing people porting semi-playable versions of Switch 2 games to Switch 1, Nintendo is anti consumer for making exclusives that actually run well on their new platform?
Please... make that make sense.
You were mad the Switch 1 was weak and games were unoptimized for it, but now you are saying we don't need Switch 2 because you can play poorly optimized versions of Switch 2 games on a Switch 1....
Nintendo haters are exhausting with the goal post moving and contradicting themselves. 😅
