The claim identifies "Pilgrim of Peaks" by Alexander Shulgin, released through The_Mountain on 27 October 2026. We believe this identification is incorrect. The music used in our promotional mid-roll is "Uplifting Positive" by Kulakovka, published on Pixabay on 8 October 2026 and made available under the Pixabay Content License. Original recording: pixabay.com/music/adventure-… Our records establish the following chronology: - 8 October: Kulakovka's recording published on Pixabay. - 21 October, 11:45: Our MP3 music file created/saved locally. - 21 October, 15:40: Our completed promotional mid-roll video created. - 27 October: The recording identified in Spotify's claim was released on Beatport. Our completed promotional material therefore predates the claimant's stated release date by six days. The original Pixabay recording was publicly available 19 days before that release. We used music made available under the Pixabay Content License as part of an edited audiovisual production, rather than distributing the recording as a standalone music track. We respectfully request that the rightsholder review the actual audio, verify the claimed recording against the original Pixabay source, and withdraw the restriction if the match is incorrect or our licensed use has been misidentified. We also request reinstatement of Episode 124 in affected territories, including Australia. We can provide the source MP3, completed promotional video, dated file records and original licensing information to substantiate this appeal. Thank you for reviewing this matter promptly.
