Hey guys, as many of you are already aware I have thrown my hat in the ring for the position of President of Triathlon Ireland. Our sport is at a crossroads now and I believe it needs a person of action, energy and passion with a can-do attitude to lead it forward.

At a time where running events are marketed as 'a pb course" or "flat & fast", I am always someone to take the road less travelled. Thanks @HardmanIreland for the great race yesterday in the stunning #GapOfDunloe. With some amazing photos. 🌍
