You can't bury bad reviews anymore. ChatGPT pulls reviews and forums into one answer. Little reputation is fine. A contradiction isn't. Fix the repeat complaint, then reply saying what changed. Google Review Handler Skill → link in bio (type BAD REVIEW)

A free Australian listing I recommended now charges $500 just to verify you. Gone. ChatGPT can look past your site at what others say about you. Free listings are the easiest place to start. Free Australian backlinks → link in bio (type LISTINGS)

Your agency's report, ranked by what matters: F: DR, Domain Authority, ranking for your own name C: keyword rankings, impressions A: AI visits, 'how did you hear about us?', branded search S: enquiries and sales from Google Ask for the S tier first, then the rest.
23
Impressions crashed while rankings got better? Average position is just an average. Drop off page six or seven and impressions fall while position looks better. New site? Ignore one week in Search Console. Set it to three months and judge it month by month.
6
Your Google Business Profile is S tier because whatever it says, Google shows it to people looking for what you do. And it's free. A wrong one gets shown just as loudly. Serve customers in an area? Claim yours, keep it accurate, reply to every review.
4
Stock other brands? There's a free backlink worth asking for this week. Lots of brands have a where to buy page. Email your rep and ask to be listed, with a link to your store. That's the brand itself saying you sell their stuff. AI has more than your site to go on.
3
By the time a B2B buyer books a call, ChatGPT has done a lot of your pitch. They ask it about cost, timeline and process first. Put those answers on your site, plus a case study on their exact problem. B2B SEO Audit → link in bio (type B2B)

Your site is probably starting to win searches you never planned for. SEO Gets, free plan: Queries table, click Growing. Skip your brand name. Click a query you didn't write for to see the page Google uses. If it's a blog post, give that search a proper page.
9
About three quarters of the LinkedIn content AI cited in a Meltwater B2B study came from people, not company pages. AI is like a journalist. It would rather quote a named person than a faceless company. Post from your own profile too, not just the company page.

I wouldn't set SEO goals on keywords. A big keyword list looks good in a report, but a lot of it is searches for your own name. Those people already knew you. In Search Console, split clicks into searches with your name and without. Grow the ones without.

What gets a journalist to pick you: 1. Reply within hours. 2. Answer their exact question, ready to paste. 3. One number only you have. 4. Full name, title and business. A named quote is the point, not the link. Data PR & Outreach → link in bio (type NEWS)
11
A government record is about the hardest thing to fake when AI checks you're real. SAM.gov is still where I'd start: the free federal supplier register. Plus six more state portals, every link re-checked. Free US backlinks sheet → link in bio (type USLINKS)
10
The best time to ask for a Google review: right after the win, when they tell you it worked. That's when they'll write the most. Too early: when the invoice goes out. They might not have seen the result yet. A 4.2 with good replies says more than a silent 4.7.
11
Someone offering to get you into ChatGPT is selling one of two things. An ad: labelled, like on Google. You can buy those. Or the answer, where ChatGPT names a business. No directory behind it, no slot to buy. Ask which. If it's the answer, walk away.
22
A location page is one page for each city you actually serve. People search "IT support Geelong", not "IT support Victoria". So build by city. Make each one about that place: work done there, local reviews, your address. Not the same page with the name swapped.
10
Before you pay to pitch journalists, check the free plan. SourceBottle, Qwoted and Featured have one. More pitches won't rescue a weak answer. One better answer, with a number only you have, gets you picked. Use it for a month. Pay when the cap or wait stops you.
9
Health practice in Australia? The government's directory is free, and it's a backlink. 1. List in the NHSD 2. Check Ahpra records are current 3. Add your website to your association listing Free clinic backlinks and listings → link in bio (type CLINIC)
19
Some of your best pages are quietly losing Google clicks. 1. Connect Search Console to SEO Gets 2. Pages table, click Decaying 3. Have Claude split it: slipped down Google, or held rank but lost clicks Fix the first pile, top three first.
16
Most of what business owners think they pay Google for is free. Maps: free with a Business Profile Normal results: free Products: free (Merchant Center) AI answer: free, ads around it are labelled The top spot today is an ad. Nothing wrong with paying for speed.

Free AI visibility data from Microsoft and Google: 1. Bing Webmaster Tools: citations in Copilot 2. Search Console: AI Overviews and AI Mode impressions 3. ChatGPT: ask it your customers' questions monthly AI Visibility Check → link in bio (type CAN YOU SEE ME)
