@DB_Bahn Question about passenger rights, on a few of my recent trips I had some issues, wondering if I have enough info to get compensation. Trip 1 was June 11 a trip from Munich - Frankfurt (ICE596) - Brussels (ICE12). ICE 12 was over 2 hours late getting in to Brussesls. 1/x

3rd trip was on June 22, Hannover to Munich ICE639. Again original train was cancelled so lost reserved seats, train also didn't arrive to Munich until over an hour after originally scheduled. Ended up on ICE691 which was supposed to leave at the same time as ICE639. 3/x

Unfortunately, all I have are my online ticket order numbers and a photo from the last train showing when we were pulling in to Munich.

@UPS_Canada Trying to find out what exactly is going on with my package. It was supposed to be delivered Friday, at 2:21pm it was marked as Deliv attempted but business was closed. Problem is it's a house, and I was within 15' of the door all day. Nobody came at all.

When I called, I was told it'd show up Monday, called this morning, was told it'd show up today. Still no sign of it. Same situation was home all day, no sign of anyone. Called at 5pm my time and when asked if it could just be taken to a drop off location and was told...

Closest was Mississauga, ON. Not going to help as that's about 2,500km away from me. So, when do I put in a lost claim? Getting sick of sitting and waiting for this.
